We scheduled an appointment and Ned was right on time. He followed all the appropriate safety protocols and was incredibly polite and professional. He took time to examine our piano, and then he provided a detailed and itemized list of suggested repairs for the piano. He explained the benefit of each suggestion but was not pushy in any way. This guy has a strange working habit. He said that he needs to work for one to one and a half hours for $145 depending on the piano conditions. He came about two hours late. During his precisely one hour stay, half of the time he looked into his iphone. He seemed to be taking care of other matters at the expense of my time and money. I am very disappointed.
