I am absolutely thrilled with the reworking of an antique pin that Zeran Jewelers did for me! I had a bar pin given to me as a teenager by my grandmother but I had only worn it a handful of times in almost 35 years. I had the idea to have the pin back removed and turn it into a bar necklace that I would actually wear. Worst, incompetent customer service I have ever seen! DO NOT bring anything here for repairs! I brought my collectible watch Zerans, wanting to get the case re-plated. I had them disassemble the watch from the case with the understanding they would put it back together when done. I brought the case back and tell me the stem was missing (no stem was ever given, and I've got pictures!), I brought in another identical watch for backup that they could have pulled the stem from, but then they informed me (after taking it apart) they could not put it back together, and to pick up the watch and leave. I really don't know how they even stay in business. They also could not replace a battery on a waterproof watch and return it waterproofed. read more

Very disappointed in service. Dropped my watch off for a battery change. Waited nearly 20 minutes until I had to approach An associate to suggest I come back to pick it up at a later time since it was taking so long. Next day I arrive to pick up my watch after I have to call them to check on its status. I'm approached by the owner and asked if I can return later to pick it up! I thought she was joking! This is a simple battery change! Although I wasn't charged for my new battery, I will never go back there. I also wasn't impressed with their jewelry selection. Store appears old. You can tell it is family run, however they had several additional family members in back along with young kids which created a distracting environment to shop. read more

I've had rings resized here, watch links removed, and other minor service work. The staff are amazingly friendly but maintain a professional tone; a good combination. Prices are reasonable and the service turnaround is quick. I'd recommend this jeweler for any kind of work. Note: this shop also sells jewelry, but I haven't purchased much from them. so i go into the store to have my wife's ring fixed and i was told that it had to be welded. the girl took the ring and went in the back to see how much it would be. she came out and told me it would be $20 and i said ok. she proceeded to return to the back and when she came back out she told me it would be $40 i was a little stunned and asked , what happened? no excuse was given she just said it was $40 do u want to do it or not? i reluctantly said ok. i was called to say the ring was done so i went into the store and explained what happened to the manager who was annoyed with me asking why this had happened. i was not trying to get a cheaper rate i was just looking for an explanation why this had happened. i did ask if she would throw in a battery for my wife's watch to make up for the misunderstanding and she agreed, it took about 30 seconds to do and then she charged me anyway and told me i was trying to be "slick" ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and could have avoided this review for a watch battery that probably cost them $2 read more

Within a week Kurt had diamonds in for me to check out and stayed in contact with me throughout the process.
