The repairs that ai had done took a while but were done well. Downside? Expensive and The woman who waited on me had a really staunch attitude but businesslike. Enjoy! Life Is wonderful!! read more

Family business run efficiently. Friendly staff with no pressure at all on the customers. Highly recommend them for both sales and repairs.

Desperately needs better customer service. Lady at the counter was extremely rude and did not want to listen to what my request was for a custom setting. Because of her lack of understanding, I finally spoke with their jeweler, who was pleasant but never called me back like he promised. read more

We don't have much jewelry, but what we do have is always taken to Zeran when there's a need. Their integrity, and great artisan skills and craftsmanship are second to none. Many years of terrific service from this local business team keeps us coming back. read more

Outstanding jeweler. Very reasonable as opposed to the places on ocean drive. Very economical on replacing batteries and doing repairs.

Zeran Jewelers has been the preferred choice of native Veroites and those in the know for nearly half a century. My family has bought every piece of jewelry we own from the Zerans. They are experts in watch and fine jewelry repair. If you want a disposable watch or to buy what your neighbor has, go to the mall. If you have your own sense of style, start shopping at Zeran's. The jewelry you buy and the relationships you make will last a lifetime. read more

Came in for a necklace repair, a purchase, and a appraisal on an antique family piece. The staff was incredibly, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. We cannot wait to go back to make purchases from our "treat yourself" list. read more

I am absolutely thrilled with the reworking of an antique pin that Zeran Jewelers did for me! I had a bar pin given to me as a teenager by my grandmother but I had only worn it a handful of times in almost 35 years. I had the idea to have the pin back removed and turn it into a bar necklace that I would actually wear. Zeran's did a beautiful job and the finished piece I have worn almost every day since I picked it up. Thank you so much!!!! read more

The staff is Awesome and selection is unique. The staff helped me find this very unique gift for my mother. Friendly staff and excellent service read more

Very pleased with this family business.. This is what keeps America going ... They are very knowledgeable, professional and fair... I discovered them by word of mouth at the gym!! And I hope to continue to spread the word.. They are the Best.. Just remember when reading reviews... You can't please everyone and some people are never happy! read more

Honest and family owned local business. I took my dad's watch (40 yrs old) in for repairs and they were honest enough to redirect me to the factory repair center in order to save money on the repairs. This made a great impression with me! Thank you! read more

Worst, incompetent customer service I have ever seen! DO NOT bring anything here for repairs! I brought my collectible watch Zerans, wanting to get the case re-plated. I had them disassemble the watch from the case with the understanding they would put it back together when done. I brought the case back and tell me the stem was missing (no stem was ever given, and I've got pictures!), I brought in another identical watch for backup that they could have pulled the stem from, but then they informed me (after taking it apart) they could not put it back together, and to pick up the watch and leave. I really don't know how they even stay in business. They also could not replace a battery on a waterproof watch and return it waterproofed. read more

Very disappointed in service. Dropped my watch off for a battery change. Waited nearly 20 minutes until I had to approach An associate to suggest I come back to pick it up at a later time since it was taking so long. Next day I arrive to pick up my watch after I have to call them to check on its status. I'm approached by the owner and asked if I can return later to pick it up! I thought she was joking! This is a simple battery change! Although I wasn't charged for my new battery, I will never go back there. I also wasn't impressed with their jewelry selection. Store appears old. You can tell it is family run, however they had several additional family members in back along with young kids which created a distracting environment to shop. read more

I've had rings resized here, watch links removed, and other minor service work. The staff are amazingly friendly but maintain a professional tone; a good combination. Prices are reasonable and the service turnaround is quick. I'd recommend this jeweler for any kind of work. Note: this shop also sells jewelry, but I haven't purchased much from them. Their prices looked OK, but I haven't aggressively compared them. read more

so i go into the store to have my wife's ring fixed and i was told that it had to be welded. the girl took the ring and went in the back to see how much it would be. she came out and told me it would be $20 and i said ok. she proceeded to return to the back and when she came back out she told me it would be $40 i was a little stunned and asked , what happened? no excuse was given she just said it was $40 do u want to do it or not? i reluctantly said ok. i was called to say the ring was done so i went into the store and explained what happened to the manager who was annoyed with me asking why this had happened. i was not trying to get a cheaper rate i was just looking for an explanation why this had happened. i did ask if she would throw in a battery for my wife's watch to make up for the misunderstanding and she agreed, it took about 30 seconds to do and then she charged me anyway and told me i was trying to be "slick" ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and could have avoided this review for a watch battery that probably cost them $2 read more

Wonderful and caring people. A great jewelry store. Every time I go in there they take care of me immediately. They go overboard to make it right and I wouldn't go elsewhere. I have never had a bad experience there. Thank you Zeran Jewelers! read more

I had a very rude, unsatisfying experience at Zeran's. I personally DO NOT recommend. The family who runs it were very rude and unhelpful.

Zeran's is amazing! I currently live on the west coast and needed a ring to surprise my now fiancé. I called my hometown jeweler and described what I was looking for. Within a week Kurt had diamonds in for me to check out and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. I was quoted 5 to 6 weeks by all of the stores near me but Kurt and Zeran's were able to get my custom piece finished in 3 weeks and sent to me! It's absolutely perfect! read more

New to Vero Beach, needed watch batteries replaced in a couple of watches. Went in on a Saturday, everyone was polite and friendly. He immediately replaced the batteries in both watches while I waited, $10 total. Professional, friendly, economical.....what more can you ask for? Thanks, I will be back. read more

I think Zerans is the BEST...wonderfully helpful people, a real "jem"...sorry for the pun.
