An absolute horrible experience. I purchased a dbx eq off of Eat My Beats from reverb.com, they had…read moreit listed in "Good Condition" on Reverb. I even called them because this was the second one I had purchased off of Reverb to ask if there was any issues at all with it and I was told no. When we received the item it was basically thrown into the box (Very Badly Packed) and several of the knobs were missing and or broken off. When I called them directly and talked to the owner I was told that I could return it but that there would be a restocking fee because I should have looked at the tiny pictures more closely before ordering it. There was no mention of this in the description of the ad. We got into a heated argument where words were exchanged. The owner argued with me that it being listed in "Good Condition" was accurate, I contacted Reverb and they 100% agreed with me that when you list it in good condition it cannot have any missing or broken parts, so Eat My Beats was forced to give me a full refund. So in the end instead of choosing to do the right thing and return the item for a full refund they decided it was best to absolutely do the wrong and unethical thing, if the owner had done the right thing on his own without being forced to do so by Reverb I would not have left bad reviews on him. I wouldn't trust this guy at all, and I would advise to run the other way from Eat my Beats who proved to me how dishonest people can be !! They do not appreciate their customers at all, and they showed their ignorance on this matter and in the end was forced to give me a full refund !!

I had a Martin 110 SE guitar that I loved however it couldn't be repaired and the warranty I purchased from there covered it. Kilgore and Brandon were amazing with their help and Ron is an excellent tech. They told me what I needed to do and I was able to get a new guitar. Kilgore was there to guide and answer my questions and decided to get the Martin Streetmaster junior. I LOVE this new guitar. Highly recommend Guitar Center Hoover location. The air wasn't working and Jacob (my instructor) and I were definitely sweating like we were in a sauna. Lol He was great though as far as answering questions and being patient. I didn't necessarily get far, but I did get an idea of how to play a few notes on an electric guitar and I actually had fun learning. He also helped me pick out a couple of starter guitars that were cheap if I wanted to just grab something, but not feel like I wasted money if I didn't use it often. The manager, Brandon, checked in before my lesson and after. Both individuals were personable. Tip: Go ahead and have an idea of what you would like to play and have a song in mind. I was under the impression that they had select guitars that they would allow you to use and that there were set songs to choose from but I was wrong. It is nice that you have choices though!

****UPDATE***** A representative from Wade's called and said…read morethey wanted to make things right. They resolved the situation in a completely satisfactory manner. I was relieved to receive the call because I enjoy shopping at Wades. The employees are great to work with, the store is always immaculate and they always have a great selection. I made a point to speak with the Manager to let him know I appreciated dealing with an organization with integrity. As a result of the outcome, Wade's will be my "go to" shop. Purchased a firearm from there. Had problems immediately. Sent it back to the factory and was told the ramp on the barrel had been "severely" altered and would not fall under warranty. Took it back to Wades, spoke with the Manager he said he would do nothing about it because "I" sent it back to the factory. What's the difference the barrel has been severely altered, the factory would have told him the same thing. He said they could give me a break on my "next gun". Fat chance of that happening. I now have a $700 wall hanger because of Wades Pawn Shop. DO NOT BUY GUNS (or anything) FROM THEM.
