I made an order with them for rental of instrument for school along with additional one-time purchase items which were needed. They make it appear convenient because they deliver directly to the school. But what actually happened is that several items were missing, and some wrong items given. It was due to backorder, but the real problem is that they don't communicate! Not only was the order late and with missing/wrong items, but I had to make multiple calls and trips to the store to work it out. They did not call me to inform me ahead of time, nor return my calls after. Although I had been charged for everything, over 1 month later, I still have to follow up to find out when I will get the rest of the items from my order, they are not proactively checking the status of these items. Also I made multiple unreturned calls to the head office to get my credit card info updated with no return call. It is really poorly organized and mismanaged. However, on the upside, when you go into the store, the guys there are able to properly repair and answer questions about the instruments themselves.

My husband is in a band and had some work done. The big, tall guy in the shop cant seem to get to work several times a week and if he does he shows up and opens up late. He had our guitar for well over the time frame he should have, wouldn't return calls or texts and never showed up to open the place up for pickup for our instrument! He would tell us he is sick or had car trouble or sometimes never update us. Go somewhere else.
