This place was hard to get customer service and staff work attire was not worn to show they are staff. The public restroom were dirty and no working soap dispensers and the hallway to the restroom had boxes on left side along the wall. At first I thought we are in the inventory room but we followed the sign for restrooms. My nephew was looking for a pedal but they were slim selection but the staff offered to order product but we declined. Looking at their products was looking very disorganized and sloppy in the display. Even the staff felt bad how the displayed looked and muttered the place was in bad shape.

The staff, however, was very friendly and the gentleman I spoke to was curious as to what I needed and if he could start carrying that kind of stuff for me. Obviously this blew me away! I have never been asked what's good to what products I like and if I had any suggestions on what to carry. The level of personal service and willingness to work with me in order to get what I want here in Santa Fe was excellent! I will definitely be shopping here again.
