Her solution to this problem was not to correct the problem she caused, but told that other tenant and myself to "venmo each other to make it right ourselves." Along with mold, the house was equipped with faulty wiring. Our kitchen lights did not work no matter how many times we changed the bulbs or the wattage of the bulb. We had to have a lamp plugged in the kitchen to see in there. Lack of ventilation in both bedrooms leave similar mold patterns on the walls. Gas stove went out several times, oven was out from November-January... AND WE REPORTED THE ISSUES ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND DURING THE YEARLY INSPECTIONS. They never once attempted to fix said issues. Our heater went out once, reported it. Didn't fix it. I feel for the person or family that lives within this monstrosity. As this house did nothing but leave my family with several health issues. Among one of them, recurring pneumonia.
