As someone recovering, I relied on their guidance and expected appropriate medical support--but that was not the case. When I attempted to return the equipment, they refused, citing a timeline that was never clearly communicated. Recovering patients are not always able to respond quickly, and there was zero consideration for that reality. The lack of compassion, poor communication, and rigid policies made an already difficult recovery even harder. I would not recommend them.
