This place is great. Susan and Ms. Ida are very sweet and helpful. The customers were very sweet too. I love this place.

I am editing this review to add that this situation has been rectified and all parties have come to a mutual agreement. 6/12/2021 I am not here to talk about pricey machines or the condition of the facility. Most of my visits here were uneventful. What I am here to discuss is SAFETY - especially concerning women, if you are using this laundry facility. I want to preface this by saying, sometimes depending on the "type" of establishment you are patronizing, people have a preconceived notion of your status and/or circumstances and the levelof service you get will reflect that. The incident that I am about to describe would NOT have happened in my opinion if 1. there were more men present, and 2. the attendant on duty had a measure of respect for the customers. This facility closes as 9 P.M. The exception, as I am sure with all or most businesses like this is, dryers may still be going at 9 P.M., started by people who came in BEFORE closing. Since attendants monitor the ins and outs, it is safe to assume that at 9 P.M., the dryers going only have minutes until finished. Three days ago, I was in this facility drying my clothes as it is more convenient for me to dry them all at once, instead of load by load at home. A 9 P.M. on the dot, the attendant on duty announced loudly that it was 9 and we, the patrons left inside, were on his time and that we needed to come earlier and to get our things out of the dryers. His tone was condescending and several people started talking amongst themselves while gathering their things. As I was speaking to two women that stated he ALWAYS behaves in this disrespectful manner, he again started speaking very loudly telling people to get out. As I am not a person that allows anyone - especially someone working at an establishment where I have spent money, speak to me any kind of way, I asked if people would be refunded quarters for the few minutes left on the dryers and challenged his belligerence. At this instance, he called me a stupid ass bitch and his behavior became erratic with him going out into his vehicle and walking back and forth. The other women inside the facility were rattled and afraid. There was also one child there if my memory serves me correctly. A young lady had already started video recording this man - that's how out of control he was...someone started recording. Afterwards, the same young lady would tell me that she had never experienced anything like that and it was one of the most degrading experiences. There are more details, but this review is already long. I want to state that I did speak with the owner who justified his employee's actions as being agitated or having a bad day. Yes, read that again. Everyone has bad days. I have the recording and a picture of the employee. I am willing to bet that this guy as some type of issue with his background or history and has limited options of employment (I am looking into this as soon as I can confirm his name). And because of this, he is most likely a good worker for the owner which explains his reluctance to do anything other than" look into this situation". There are not many laundromats in Henry County depending on which area you live in. But I implore you, choose safety over convenience and go where you are safe AND repected. I would like the women especially to think twice about going here. The young lady that recorded was visibly shaken and triggered. We don't go to laundromats to endure trauma and I will continue spreading this as my duty to the community on whatever platform is available. See attached photo of the attendant on duty that night. This is a review from my experience back in July and August. I was in Georgia for a clinical internship and asked where I could do laundry since my Airbnb didn't have that available to me. I was recommended this place. There are so many machines that can handle various load sizes. Secondly, there are some tables available for you to fold your clothes if you need them. Lastly, there are carts available to help you transfer your clothes. I went there on a weekend and you definitely have to get there early to make sure you have a table available for you to fold your clothes. Not much to say. Your standard coin laundry. It's pretty clean, which is always a plus. They have card readers on the machines but also coin slots and a coin machine in store. As mentioned by others, they also have soap for sale and a few vending machines. There are folding tables and a restroom. They open at 5am and close at 9pm. They also play oldies music over the speakers, which I was digging! There are varying sizes of machines also: 20lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs, 60lbs, 80lbs. I was washed bed spreads and the 60lbs ($6) was sufficient (even for a king). Cost seemed a little high but not unbearable. read more

It's in dire need of bigger washing machines. Their biggest is a "triple load" and it's not big enough to fit a queen comforter. It's parking space is pretty tight too. I would recommend parking closer to the street since it's kind of hard to get in and out if you're parked right in front of the establishment. I liked that the washing machines offered non-cash payment. That's why I'm giving it 3/5 stars. Let's face it, not everyone Carrie's cash around these days. There's a barbecue restaurant beside it. Not sure if it's good or not but there's several people going and out of the place so maybe it's decent. read more

It is what you would expect from a laundromat. It has all the basic necessities for doing clothes: locals, ceiling fans to keep it cool, good conversation with locals and help if you need it. Down here for locomotive engine school. read more

Today, first time user, walked in toward machines and fell on a huge aisle full of water. I could see that water was pouring out of a machine onto the floor. I was able to brace myself and manuever to prevent a serious fall. The two ladies that work there admonished me for not being careful but clearly they are the ones that neglected their duties. Its hard to see water on a floor especially when you:re not expecting it. They were very rude and didnt show any concern. Three other patrons ran over to assist me though. The washer and dryer worked fine but I almost suffered a very serious injury. read more

My clothes washed for 20 mins. I go in to get my clothes and someone has removed them from the machines. The place was busy but it wasn't like ppl were standing around waiting to use machines. So no one should've put their dirty hands on my clothes. I do not appreciate it and I won't be coming back. They are a bit overpriced in my opinion. But the machines do clean good. I simply refuse to continue giving my money to some who disrespects my personal belongings. read more

I did not enjoy my experience here but I was able to get my clothes washed and the hospitality was ok. Not superior.

Very clean and bright. $4 per load and $0.25 for every 6 minutes of dryer time which is a bit pricey for my liking. You can buy detergent and such here which is nice considering I'm on the road. They will also wash clothes for you if desired. Overall I'm satisfied and happy to have clean clothes. read more
