Rusty was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in answering all our questions and giving us suggestions. I was very thankful that he gave us such honest feedback and didn't try to sell my mother a new air duct system or tell us that we needed to replace the insulation. My mother rarely has an HVAC tech, plumber, or electrician leave her home without suggesting that she needs to have something repaired or replaced. Rusty was very friendly and down to earth. First the job was $2500 more than initially quoted. I don't mind paying for a service, I expect to, but I am not an electrical expert so when I ask someone for a quote I think it's reasonable that they, being the experts, can tell me what needs to be done, apparently in the quote process some things were missed, I expressed my displeasure, moving on. Then, after the job was "completed" we had small things not done, again mistakes can be made no big deal, it was over the July 4th weekend, but even then just a response of we got your info we will address it, but we were told that they have other jobs going and basically they will get to it and it was not until we received a text requesting a review and a low review was given that we got a response. Small things finally fixed. HOWEVER, apparently the saga continues in that we were double charged to the tune of $21,200 so yes $42,400 (more than I paid for my 2017 Suburban). Again, mistakes happen but since we've tried to contact Advantage and received no response my hope is they will see this review and call. They are pleasant people and I hate giving a bad review but it seems to be the only way to get their attention.

Since Monday September 15 (Monday) we had no AC and our houses temperature reached a ridiculous temperature of 89. I called Patrick Taylor from Taylor AC and I told him about my issues. I told him I was just looking for estimates and if he does them for free which he replied YES. He said he could be out there and look at what I had. I received his estimate that night and told him that I would like his assistance in getting me a new AC. On Wednesday the equipment was dropped of at his company and he said he will be here today to install it (Thursday). I was super pleased because I thought it was going to be another week but it was the next day. His team got here and went right to work. They were incredible and fast and efficient on getting us comfortable again. After a couple of hours we noticed our temperature dropping from 89 to about 80 and could feel the difference. What I liked most about the company that if they didn't like or how it looked they went back and fixed it. They were very picky on how they were making my AC look. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has AC issues. I could ramble on but he and his team have no idea of how I feel about them and their work.
