After about three years,contacted them,planks are coming loose in three bedrooms,hallway,den. They accept no responsibility.A gentleman named Bill Cox reached out,said he was regional manager,and how could make right. Gave me his phone number. I called,voice mail over and over.No return call. Not the first time they told me they would do something,then not. I now believe everything they post is just to make themselves look good,because they have done nothing to make it right. I just hope no one has a nightmare experience we have. We are in eighties,my husband in hospice and not long left. They obviously do not care. I'm sure they don't walk around on their own floors,with most planks loose.Was told I would get " one time curtesy call". Fixed about three planks that came loose again. So basically telling me I need not contact them after the curtesy call. i wouldn't wish what we are living with on anyone.
