I am giving a 4 star review to Amanda, Dr Gull's P.A. Well....because Dr Gull wasn't there to treat me at my scheduled appointment. He had an emergency come up, that he had to attend to. One of the assistants came into the waiting, and asked me if it was ok to have Dr Gull's P.A. start the exam. I said "That would be fine." I'm getting ahead of my self. Let's start at the beginning. When I entered the office, mind you I've never been here before, and walked up to the reception desk. I'm a first time patient, so I was anticipating a nice welcome. NOPE, not even eye contact, just a "What's your name". Such a cold, unwelcoming greeting, which put a bad taste in my mouth, and this isn't even a restaurant. "Fill out these forms just the lines that are highlighted", she said curtly. It took me less than 5 minutes to fill out the forms. When I handed them back to her she said "Did you bring your drivers license"? "What do you need my drivers license for, I'm self pay?" I said. "We need it for your file." she said without eye contact. Strange for a receptionist to act that way. When did they start asking for divers licences? She asked for my credit card, scanned it, and charged me $175.00 for the visit today. (Shouldn't I get a discount if the P.A. gave the exam not the actual Dr?) Back to the exam room, Amanda came in, she was so nice. She asked me a few questions, looked in my ears, asked me if I wanted her to take out my build up of ear wax. I said "Yes." She took the wax build up out very quickly with no problems, and sent me on my way. When we walked out of the exam room, Dr Gull just made it to the office, he introduced himself, (he's very tall), and shook my hand. I told him Amanda took good care of me in his absence. He was please to know that. Now back to the unfriendly receptionist/cashier. Normally when you leave a Dr's office you make another appt, or just walk out the door. I didn't know what to do, I knew I didn't need another appointment. She informed me that it would be another $184.00, ($92.00 per ear), on top of the $175.00 I had already paid. A WHOPPING $359.00! Mind you Amanda did NOT say there was an additional charge PER EAR, to take out the wax. I believe that should have been explained BEFORE this procedure was done, especially if you are self pay. My appointment was at 9:00am, when I walked out of the office, the clock said it was 9:16am. In and out, leaving my head spinning. read more

Dr Gulls staff continues to decline. Listened to a nurse basically pass blame on a patient who had left the office over an hour prior and she not called in the prescription... and then called it to the wrong location. The allergy clinic is the most inconsistent you'll ever go to. Basically closes when they want. I asked the front desk how to know the hours... "just call before you come". We'll be looking elsewhere. read more

Dr. Gull and many of his staff have treated my fAmily for various things- ear tubes, 2 tonsillectomies (a 3rd in a few days), allergy testing, hearing tests, and asthma treatment. He and his staff have treated me and my family well, have accommodated my rowdy children and have tried to combine appointments so I don't have to keep driving back and forth. Procedures, treatment options and suggestions were explained clearly and even the option to do nothing was left on the table. The reasoning behind what they suggested was sound and I felt good with my decisions. I've recommended him to friends and those who have seen him were pleased also! I'd recommend again to anyone. read more

I just hearing randomly in one ear and Dr Gull did everything in his power to get it back. Although it didn't come back right away, it has slowly been improving. Even though I had gone in for hearing issues, he was also concerned about my sinus headaches and allergies. I've tried other allergists to combat my seasonal allergies and they were hesitant to prices with allergy shots after mild reactions. Dr. Gull is taking a more aggressive approach and offered me multiple options to combat my allergies. Everyone in the office has been so kind and wonderful to work with. read more

A year ago, August 2017, I saw Dr. Gull about my nose and breathing problems. I had a mild deviated septum, narrow passages and enlarged turbinates and, because I could take advantage of an insurance opportunity, scheduled surgery. There was no reason to doubt Dr. Gull as he had taken over the practice of my previous ENT who performed a successful tonsillectomy. My recovery from surgery was hard but what I noticed immediately was that my nose was listing to the left and later my left nostril collapsed. When I brought it up Dr. Gull said it wasn't successful so he scheduled a second surgery. Unfortunately, that didn't work either and now I'm left with a left side nasal collapse and crooked nose. When I questioned Dr. Gull about my crooked nose he seemed frustrated and told me "it was hard to explain." That might have been true but doctors usually find a way to put things in plain terms. Needless to say, the whole ordeal has been extremely distressing and sadly disappointing. Something I thought was a simple fix turned out to change my life. I came in with a perfect nose and moderate breathing problems and left with a crooked nose, collapsed passage and the same limited breathing problems. It's been a year and my nose isn't mine. I regret my decision completely and wish I had just left my nose well enough alone. read more

My husband has been a patient of Gull's for about 9 months now. Primarily his issues were blisters in his gums/mouth. Gull expressed to us the importance of getting a biopsy while the blister is visible. Which it's always visible on the weekends when his office is closed. Now here we are with a new blister on a Thursday, called them and of course they can't fit us I in. When Gull has told us in the past it's a quick procedure and that it's worth checking out WITHOUT an appointment. So to Justin Gull and to all his staff, thanks for absolutely NOTHING! I know the Virus is the reason you can't seem to fit hIm in, but we have zero symptoms and trust me, the last place we want to go is to a hospital. But guess what? We are tired of this always being an issue. 9 months of back and forth, error and trial. But when we REALLY need you, you aren't willing to spare us 10 mins. Thanks a lot Asshole! read more
