I was having some feedback problems with a very expensive set of hearing devices that I purchased overseas. I thought that it might be just a matter of cleaning, or maybe a tune up, but the doctor there was so thorough, that he found the problem, and fixed it for me with only about $3.00 worth of plastic stabilizers to keep the devices more snugly in my ears. I'm sure he could have gone ahead and charged me some sort of minimum fee, had me go through a battery of hearing tests, but he's an honest good hardworking man, and when I do have a real problem that needs to be fixed, I will have no reservations about going to him and having my devices serviced and my hearing checked. Two thumbs up from me, and five Yelp stars!!

The audiologist I saw (and highly recommend) was Mary Horn. I think there are several others but I loved Mary. I was fitted for my first hearing aid "ReSound" brand. It syncs with my iPhone and I love the app and also being able to listen to books, music, phone calls directly through my hearing aids. It has changed and improved my life more than I can express.

I cannot believe I can't remember her name today, senior moment I guess!!! they were very very professional I was told about them through another person who has gotten her hearing aids through them, and couldn't say enough about how great they are! So I went there and I can hear !!!! I thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping me ! The office is small, but very, very adequate! The best part is, they took me right in , no waiting, no waiting in the room, and very nice! Also, I have heard that restaurant noise and things like that really bug your hearing aids and I'm here to tell you it is nothing like that! I was really paying attention to that very thing when I went to lunch today! Cannot say enough about his business!!! Terrific!

The level of information and care is incredible…read more I was a little nervous because of how blind I already was and those "what ifs" start creeping in about what if it gets worse or I end up completely blind instead of the already mostly blind. Everyone there makes you feel so at ease. Dr. Passi is awesome. You can tell he has the experience, knowledge to get what needs to happen done and forethought of everything you may ask, answered. One of my favorite things about Dr. Passi was his complete honesty, just enough fluff to make you comfortable but at the same time, made sure you understand what's going to happen, what needs to happen afterwards and realistically what to expect after treatment and that's ultimately what he's logically there for. The expertise in this area, and he more than knows his craft. Last night oof, he was right, I was wrecked but after following directions of medicated eye drops every 2 hours and wear the covers with the correct amount of ibuprofen- Tylenol ratio, I was totally fine this morning (I took melatonin too because it never hurts to want to not wake up constantly) I'm sure Hoopes is great BUT I also would say there's definitely not just a single place to go and don't rule this place out. I personally loved loved it.

My Doctor was Dr. Passi he was amazing, I told him after I had my second eye done that I got a little teary eyed on my drive into my post op appointment, I said "Did you know leaves are not just green and have many different shapes and rocks have lines that make unique patters, that yellow really is a pretty color and the sky was so blue and the clouds were so white. Colors are so vibrant it's just been amazing the difference. And a special shout out to Becca who scheduled my surgery was the sweetest funniest, caring human ever, she goes out of her way and gave 110%. I highly recommend the Eye Institue of Utah you wont be disappointed .

I've been looking for a primary doctor for a while. Being from out of state I haven't really found a family physician doctor who also covers such a wide scope of practice. Dr Zhang is a certified and licensed injector as well! I love how tranquil the lobby is. Very cozy with a lot of Chinese cultural decor. Doctor Zhang was so kind and laid back. She was very easy to talk to and not judgmental at all when it came to topics of previous medication or overall health awareness. They are really great in terms of resources and knowledge. They are licensed and able to prescribe Suboxone for people who may have had previous issues or abuse from opiates.

I can be a difficult eye patient, with all the machines, and probing, and prodding around my eyes. Each time they remind me that I need to get my eyes dilated, in order to have a proper eye exam. When I make my eye appointment it is during banker hours, and therefore I have to get back to work. I haven't had my eyes dilated for a few years now, due to the downtime, it takes for your eyes to be able to read printed words. I just found out that they are open on some Saturdays, and that I could make a Saturday appointment, that way I wouldn't have to take anytime off work. On a less than positive side, Keirsten the assistant, was very condescending, and borderline rude. I would also, like to see the "intake" machines updated. They remind me of old school eye exams where you covered one eye with your hand.

I ultimately went with mono vision And am so glad I did! Dr Parker educated me on all my options, not swaying we one way or another. They rightly deserve their good reputation for excellent level of care. My doctor, Dr Murdock, is very patient and explains things in ways that are easy to understand. He's taken the time to discuss my eye health, and gone over my scans/images with me. He's even used visuals to help me decipher some of the weird symptoms I was having. As a result, I left my most recent appointment feeling reassured about the unusual vision issues I'd been experiencing. The staff is amicable and sincere - the receptionists, the billing dept, assistants and doctors. They're a great crew to work with.

I left this office in tears after an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I…read morearrived, the atmosphere was unprofessional; the receptionist and nursing staff were openly whispering and gossiping about patients within earshot of the waiting area. Beyond the environment, the billing practices felt predatory. I was charged a $65 'contact fitting fee' despite having worn contacts for 20 years and not requiring a new fitting. To make matters worse, they didn't present me with the fee form until the end of my appointment--after my eyes had been dilated. I literally could not read the document I was being asked to sign. To top it off, I was sent out into the light without being offered disposable sunglasses or any post-dilation care. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking professional or compassionate eye care.
