The rep from Lallier, Joel Sebern, was referred…read moreto us by the rep from Farmers Insurance because he said they did a few other roofs and the owners were happy; and they replaced our building's flat roof in August, 2018, and now it's already leaking. Joel is no longer with Lallier. I got the inspection report from the insurance company and it shows the roof general condition is poor-fair. I contacted Lallier and talked to their service manager, David Baker. He went out and said he repaired the leaks by placing some polyurethane sealant to seal the two pitch pans that were open. However, he did not seal the opening at the AC unit where the report said was a possible leak source. I called and talked to him and told him that the report estimated the roof age to be 15 years old even though they just replaced it a little over 2 years ago, it shows that the roof was in poor-fair condition and that there is no ice/water shield, the gutter they put on 2 years ago is already in fair condition, and there is only a single layer of ply membrane with no felt, the photos show the water is soaking throughout the roof everywhere and the parts where the water is pooling are in poor condition. David said it's because the materials shrunk and it's dipping down and blame it on the structure and that it will cost me $1500 to fix the part where the water is pooling. I told him Joel told me the material they used were of premium quality and it would not leak for 20 years and that I called the manufacturer and they told me Lallier got only the material warranty for me which was free for them to get and did not get a warranty with labor. This means they were being cheap. If they had told me that it would cost me more to get a warranty with labor, I'd have paid it. I told David he should have repaired where the part of the roof struction is dipping down for me at no charge and place the ice/water shield on it so to protect it from future damages. He said he will look at the report and call me back. I called and left a message and emailed him and have not heard from them. Don't hire these guys. The insurance rep told me most the roof jobs in the Denver areas should last at least 5 years without any problems. Their website give you reasons to hire them and they all are not true or do not apply to your case if you hire them. The only time you'd know there is a problem since you're not a roof expert is when there is a problem and then they don't fix it for you. I will go on Google review, Facebook and anywhere else I can find to let people know the shoddy jobs they do and will let the BBB know so they do get the A+ rating and cannot put that on their website anymore. If they do, I will contact the secretary of state of Colorado and complain to them for misleading advertising.

I hired them for a new basement digout, meaning they upgraded my house panel, and did all the electrical work for the new space: 3 bedrooms, a bath, workout room, and utility room. Table Mountain ended up being the best value option for my specific project. They weren't the cheapest (although they were close), but they def were not the most expensive either. And they held 100% to their initial bid, even though there were some unforeseen things that came up - which is what I was most worried about: getting a low estimate, then raising the price along the way. This never happened. Everyone that showed up was polite and respectful, and they all seemed to know what they were doing. And I am 100% happy with the quality of the work. In fact, when the city of Denver inspector showed up and asked who did the work and I told him, he said Table Mountain's work is always good (and he quickly buzzed through the rest of the inspection - which is a huge relief since inspectors can get very nit-picky if they don't think something was done exactly how they like it). Be prepared to pay exactly according to the schedule, which is reasonable in this industry. They show up on time, and expect payment on time. On this, Robert was firm, and I can't say I blame him. I def recommend them for this type of project.

Things like new fuse box, updating outlets and replacing old wiring. The guy told me to send them an email with what I wanted done and they would get back to me. I asked surely someone would come on site to my house to provide a quote after inspecting what needed to be done. I was told no, they don't do that. They went on to say in a bored tone we've been in business for 30 years, just send the email. Within an hour I had five other far more reputable companies scheduled to inspect and provide an estimate for the work. Honestly, when there are better options and you don't even want To look at the job that needs to be done to provide an estimate, I don't have time for you and IMO neither should anyone else. 56 years old and still finding new ways to be dumb.
