If I could give these guys a zero rating, I would. The rep from Lallier, Joel Sebern, was referred to us by the rep from Farmers Insurance because he said they did a few other roofs and the owners were happy; and they replaced our building's flat roof in August, 2018, and now it's already leaking. Joel is no longer with Lallier. I got the inspection report from the insurance company and it shows the roof general condition is poor-fair. I contacted Lallier and talked to their service manager, David Baker. He went out and said he repaired the leaks by placing some polyurethane sealant to seal the two pitch pans that were open. However, he did not seal the opening at the AC unit where the report said was a possible leak source. I called and talked to him and told him that the report estimated the roof age to be 15 years old even though they just replaced it a little over 2 years ago, it shows that the roof was in poor-fair condition and that there is no ice/water shield, the gutter they put on 2 years ago is already in fair condition, and there is only a single layer of ply membrane with no felt, the photos show the water is soaking throughout the roof everywhere and the parts where the water is pooling are in poor condition. David said it's because the materials shrunk and it's dipping down and blame it on the structure and that it will cost me $1500 to fix the part where the water is pooling. I told him Joel told me the material they used were of premium quality and it would not leak for 20 years and that I called the manufacturer and they told me Lallier got only the material warranty for me which was free for them to get and did not get a warranty with labor. This means they were being cheap. If they had told me that it would cost me more to get a warranty with labor, I'd have paid it. I told David he should have repaired where the part of the roof struction is dipping down for me at no charge and place the ice/water shield on it so to protect it from future damages. He said he will look at the report and call me back. I called and left a message and emailed him and have not heard from them. Don't hire these guys. The insurance rep told me most the roof jobs in the Denver areas should last at least 5 years without any problems. Their website give you reasons to hire them and they all are not true or do not apply to your case if you hire them. The only time you'd know there is a problem since you're not a roof expert is when there is a problem and then they don't fix it for you. I will go on Google review, Facebook and anywhere else I can find to let people know the shoddy jobs they do and will let the BBB know so they do get the A+ rating and cannot put that on their website anymore. If they do, I will contact the secretary of state of Colorado and complain to them for misleading advertising. read more

in my 70 plus years this contractor was the best i have ever dealt with. they were prompt, did outstanding work, paid attention to the smallest details and answered all my questions. david hewitt was the manager on the project and went above and beyond in making sure all facets went smooth. he also did an outstanding job of dealing with both my insurance company and my mortgage holder. everyone can be assured lallier construction will do a great job at a fair price. read more

Lollier was going through my neighborhood door-knocking people and stopped by my house. We had a recent hail storm so I've allowed a few companies to give me their opinion and, like all of them, Lollier was convinced I needed a new roof. I did some research and found HORRID reviews on Angies List but seemingly perfect reviews on Team Dave Logan so I let them try their hand at convincing my stubborn insurance company to replace my roof. The salesperson was very nice and accommodating and met with the insurance adjustor to look at the roof - and this is where they totally lost my respect and any business from me in the future. Upon hearing anything less than "yes, this is terrible and we will approve it for whatever you want" they run like the wind away from you to move on to the next person. My attentive salesperson was gone within 1 minute of coming down from the roofwith the adjuster (I am not kidding, less than a minute and he was in his car and GONE) and said he was just going around the block to get something and would call me. No return, no call. The adjustor said I probably wouldn't get a new roof out of the insurance and Lollier is apparently a "hit it and forget it" company, no interest in providing even the slightest customer service (my roof DOES need replaced, shouldn't they be interested in case I pay for it myself?) or trying to keep a client for future business. They won't get it from me, that irritated me that he practically sprinted for his car and left but even more of the lie of "just running around the block" and "I'll call you". Another roofer came by and agreed with the adjuster and was very interested in doing what they can for me and, in return, I'm going to be calling THEM for a roof. I've lost any faith in Lallier to be attentive to me. I have to consider that if they do this then how will they be once the roof is in and if I have a problem? My faith in Team Dave Logan is also lost considering they have nothing but the most stellar reviews of Lollier, not even a B or C rating. Lollier is very nice and attentive for the sale, but with me that's where it ended. They could be the greatest roofer in Colorado but I'll call someone else if I need help. read more

Lallier Construction really went the extra mile when it came to get the job done and working with my homeowner's insurance. Andy and Page went to bat for us when our insurance kept creating road blocks in processing our claim. They took the stress out of something that was extremely daunting for a first-time homeowner. I have high expectations when it comes to my home and the service I expect. Andy and Page met and surpassed all my expectations. Less then that, my insurance company gave me names, later said they never heard of them. We had hail damage, they replaced our shingles in August, a month later we decided to sell and have a house built. We moved in April, and the week we were moving, they finally was having the rest of the work done. We had siding and the roofers jacked up some of that and had to be repaired. I had to deal with several reps. They would never return my calls, I had to get my insurance agent involved to get them to do anything. The minute they thought work was done, they wanted there money. I said as soon as I have confirmation new owners were satisfied, I would send it. read more

Responsive, clean and efficient. While selling my home the inspector found some damaged and defective shingles, I called LCI and was put in touch with Jeff Quimby. He was exceptionally understanding to my urgency of a timely roof replacement due to a pending sale. His crew showed up promptly at 7 a.m and went straight to work. The job was done and cleaned up in a day and a half, no debris from the roof being replaced on the property. Just a beautiful new roof for the buyers, I'm a little sad I'm not going to get to enjoy it. Anyway, Jeff kept me up to date through texts and phone calls before, during and after completion of the work. He was great to work with and I am planning on using LCI again in the near future for some minor repairs on my new home. read more

This was the second time that I worked with Lallier Construction to repair hail damage to my house. Just like the first time the work was detailed, high quality, and a great value. My project coordinator Jeff Quimby was really easy to work with and did a super job of communicating with me every step of the way to make sure the work got done right and with no unpleasant surprises.
