Had my Ford EcoSport serviced at Gullo Ford Conroe on September 6th. My car was returned to me without my lug nuts.
    Skye Taryn C.

Purchased my 2018 Ford EcoSport Titanium from Gullo Ford Conroe on July 3rd with the Blue Advantage Plan and had my Ford EcoSport serviced at Gullo Ford Conroe on September 6th. Oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection. I was not notified of any problems or issues from the inspection and was assured there were no recalls to be concerned about on my vehicle. My car was returned to me and as I began to drive away, my car began to wobble harshly. My car was returned to me without my lug nuts. The associate told me they simply fell off while going over a bump. Was offered a free servicing and detailing at my next visit because they also flipped a cup and spilled a drink in my backseat. On December 4th I returned to have my vehicle serviced. Tire rotation, multi point inspection, oil change. Once again was told nothing is wrong with the car, everything looks good, no issues or recalls. December 15th my car dies in the middle of the highway with no warning. Called Gullo Ford to try and understand what happened they said if there are no lights on they don't check it. Took my vehicle to the closest Ford Dealership for repair only to be told my Blue Advantage Plan that I thought Gullo Ford Conroe had sold to me doesn't exist and it will be $7469.55 to repair it, plus a $200 diagnostic fee. My recommendation. Don't shop with Gullo and avoid Ford altogether.

    Trans oil leaks

Wrote a review a little over a week ago warning people of a used 2017 f250 they were selling cause it was profusely leaking trans oil at an alarming rate and was also leaking engine oil and none of the overhead electronics worked. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and tried buying a new f250 from them cause it will be backed by ford , not gullo. Long story short I am now banned from gullo ford cause I warned buyers of a ticking time bomb, I would feel horrible if a family man bought the truck and it broke down on him costing him thousands and leaving them stranded. I am now banned from gullo and do not recommend buying from them , read the 1 star reviews they are all accurate.

Daughter needed a car. Wife and daughter went to Gullo Ford and met with Karl. Karl showed them the cars they were interested in. Great service from Karl. When it came time to talk about price, Karl quoted the sticker price. Understandable place to start when given a counter offer by my wife the sales manager Jason Banks came over and informed her that Gullo Ford doesn't negotiate price! It was take it or leave it!! Even after being showed the same vehicle at different dealership at the price she was offering, Jason stated he didn't care and that was the only price he was going to give her. He told her "nobody negotiates anymore"and "he should have bumped the price up $6k so he could make me "feel better"... He was condescending and lacked that professional aptitude. Jason stated to "watch out" for any internet pricing from other dealers because only his dealership had the best and lowest price. P.S. Jason was worried about my wife leaving a review too...and stated this on her way out! Rude man. So she left. They went to Auto Nation in Katy, Tx and payed $6500.00 less for the same car and they also included some free stuff. Yes same trim level with actually better rims! So unless you want to just pay the "overpriced"sticker and deal with a pompous dealership manager like Jason banks, do your self a favor and just go some where else!!!!! Not afraid to walk away from that type of service or being treated as less than.

On the evening of September 8, I inquired about a vehicle advertised by the dealership. I received a response from Katie, a dealership representative, who specifically told me through text that the price of the vehicle was $7,505. Based on that confirmed price, I scheduled an appointment to come see the vehicle the following day. I drove approximately an hour to Conroe specifically because of the price I had been quoted. When I arrived on September 9, I actually got there a little earlier than my scheduled appointment. The salesman who helped me was very nice and professional. He explained that the vehicle had just come in on Monday and had not yet been fully processed, but he allowed us to look at it. My mom and I thoroughly looked over the vehicle and understood that it had some damage and corrections that would need to be addressed. We were still willing to consider purchasing it, and I was prepared to pay cash. When we began discussing the price, we noticed that the price on the dealership's website had suddenly increased from the $7,505 price I had been given the night before to $13,013. I showed the salesman the information I had received and asked to speak with someone because I had written confirmation from the dealership's own representative of the $7,505 price. The entire reason I had driven an hour to Conroe was because of that quoted price. The General Manager came over and explained that the price had been corrected because of expenses associated with fixing the vehicle. He said he just obtained the vehicle yesterday (Tuesday) so it had not been processed. I told him that's funny because the salesman said it came in Monday, the GM said oh well Monday, Tuesday whatever. I understand that a dealership may have expenses and may need to adjust pricing. However, that does not change the fact that I was given a specific price by their representative, made an appointment based on that price, and drove an hour to the dealership relying on that information. The General Manager offered to sell it for $12,000. I explained that I did not want to spend that much, especially after adding tax, title, and license, and I was already there prepared to pay cash. My mom then asked whether the dealership was required to honor the advertised price. The General Manager told us that they were not because the website had a disclaimer stating that errors can occur and customers should verify the information with a representative. Here's the problem: I DID verify the information with a representative. I went back afterward and looked at the disclaimer myself. It says, essentially, that errors can occur and customers should verify information with a customer representative. I did exactly that. I have the text message from the dealership's customer representative confirming the $7,505 price. So what exactly was I supposed to do differently? I am not upset because the dealership wouldn't sell me a vehicle for a price they no longer wanted to honor. I am upset because I relied on a price that was directly confirmed to me by their own representative, drove an hour to the dealership, arrived for my scheduled appointment, and then discovered that the price had increased by more than $5,000. I respect the salesman who helped us; he was kind and professional throughout the experience. Unfortunately, the way the pricing situation was handled by management left a very bad impression. If a customer verifies a price directly with your dealership representative and makes a trip to your dealership based on that confirmation, I believe you should stand behind what your representative told them. I came prepared to purchase a vehicle with cash. Instead, I left feeling that my time and trust were not valued. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from Cowboy Kia to get everything in writing, save screenshots and text messages, and verify the final price before making a long trip. For me, this experience was enough to take my business elsewhere. Even if I took the car at $12k I don't feel like the dealership would honestly fix all the errors on the vehicle.

I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Not only did he help me find the perfect Silverado, but he also took the time to get to know me on a personal level. That personal connection is invaluable in both the customer service and sales industries. Ryan has an incredibly bright future ahead of him. I'd also like to recognize Johannus Cuarezma. He previously worked for me, so I already knew the caliber of person he is. He continues to demonstrate top-notch talent, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. He also has a very bright future in this industry. Lastly, I'd like to recognize Tor Jendrell, the finance manager I worked with. He made the entire financing process seamless, explained everything clearly, and helped guide me toward the financial plan that best fit my needs. As a manager in the customer service industry, I can confidently say I would hire all three of these individuals without hesitation based on their professionalism, product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall personalities. Because of the exceptional experience I had at Keating Chevrolet, I will absolutely be recommending the dealership to friends, family, and anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you for making this such a positive and memorable experience.

He was dismissive of my comment advising I had an email that same day, reminding me of my oil change and included tire rotation. It wasn't until I asked him to show me where he sees that the tire rotation isn't covered, that he produced paperwork showing the coverage states up to 18 months and not 6 months he kept insisting on. He didn't apologize for the misinformation provided and became very defensive when asked where did he initially get the 6 months from that he insisted was set in stone. I also asked about complimentary car wash and was told they don't wash cars there which I know to not be true because when I purchased the vehicle I requested it be washed then.

I just knew to wait. I happened by VMC and pulled in and hoped. I had to wait to recieve actual funds, however I was welcomed by a knowledgeable female sales person who encouraged me to return after I received payoff. Two weeks later, I was met by the GM, Brod Mophet, who had just received the perfect car for me, from a repeat customer. In less time than it takes me to grocery shop, I had inspected, driven and purchased the vehicle, which was in really good condition. Mr. Mophet, realizing my dilemma, made the deal work for me, plus called original owner to check on a concern I had discovered in research. The owner let him know about something he should check. Well, still within the next few minutes, he agreed to take care of concerns and asked if I wouldn't mind giving him time to make things just right FOR WHAT I HAD! There was none of the "No, This is an 'as is sale' for your funds." Or, comments like, "Come see me when you're serious, no way your getting a car like you had for that amount", or completely ignoring me as a well known used car resource had done. He knew I was in a bind, and all that seemed to matter to Brod was getting that gorgeous car ready for me. He could have sent me away, tried to flip me into a car I couldn't afford, or charged more than I had. He did not. As we were leaving, I was so thankful that in an hour and 45 minutes, including everything. I was on my way. Truly this dealership is concerned about their clients having a 'victory', as well as making a sale. Victory Motor Cars where clients are the winners. Highly recommended over competition. Go back often. New pre-owned cars come in daily. I posted my picture, which I never do, because I'm not an employee, I'm relating a real experience.
