These people sold me a broken truck, and spent over $9,000 on repairs out of pocket…read more Conroe Autoplex kind of response to complains makes people wonder why would ANYONE want to do business with Brian with a kind of unprofessional response...you might wonder why did I spent $9,000 out of pocket- let me explain it to you 1st of all- They help me get my insurance claim denied because they didn't take pictures of the work they performed on the truck before it was fixed. Why didn't they? I don't know but sounds sketchy to me... so yes, insurance wouldn't pay for Something they didn't see get fixed, so I was stuck between loosing my truck or I had to pay out of Pocket.... They're not trustworthy dealership as they kept making remarks and making fun of "who your boyfriend is" to me as a gay male- it definitely doesn't make ANYONE want to buy from them again. Please, please, please I beg you to not waste your precious time, money, and mental health Ps, they claimed I wrecked my truck, but how come my full coverage insurance wouldn't cover it? They said it was all maintenance issues which they don't cover it...what maintenance does a brand new truck need if I just purchased the truck?!

When needs arise I was told current sells took importance before my own , and they had no time to get to my needs. 2. My AC worked but the mechanic did not return cabin filters. Cabin clogged. 1300.00 bill to unclog over mechanical laziness during checking the vehicle while putting in the lot. But that is the past , here is the current 3. Oil Filter Sensor went out. I knew I could not take to him. A more professional mechanic identified that not only has this sensor gone out but someone else has been inside here taping the connector to the sensor. The tape melted. It was cheap jerry rigging labor. The sensors each cost 20.00 to 30.00. if the poor mechanic work would take pride in his work the vehicle would last longer and more importantly you would get repeat customers for more cars. I am afraid that does not matter. Sells volume and spitting out shoddy mechanic work is more important to get to the next sell , therefore hidden under the hood of the vehicle is no telling what types of preventable mechanic failure if you go with changing a 30.00 dollar part over just taping it with cheap electrical tape that will melt and not hold over time.

8/14/25: I purchased a car from this dealership on May 24th,…read morepaying $8,700 in cash. Despite this, I didn't receive my tags, plates, or title until months later. When I called in June to inquire, I was met with rudeness and was told I had until July 23rd, but that date came and went with no resolution. I couldn't drive my car for weeks due to expired tags, and when I finally could, the battery--only a year old--was dead, costing me $132 to replace. AutoZone couldn't offer a free replacement. The dealership promised compensation but has yet to follow through. Overall, a very disappointing experience. UPDATE 8/27/25: Weeks later and still no compensation for all the trouble. No check or anything was ever sent. I genuinely tried to give this place a chance to redeem themselves, but again -- just more lies like always just to keep me quiet for a while. YELP Review for Hunter Cavieves - North Freeway Hyundai…read more 20440 I-45 North Spring, TX 77373 North Freeway Hyundai I45 I went to look at Hyundai vehicles back in late December '25 and Hunter Cavieves came over and assisted me with looking at different Hyundai models. I went in to look at one particular model and before I knew it he had me looking at others. He was a great help at giving me different options and I even test drove several different models. I narrowed it down to a 2026 Tucson and he also assisted in getting my price as to what I was willing to pay. I finally decided which one I wanted and it was actually parked in the showroom floor with a fancy red Christmas ribbon on it. I came by later that evening with my youngest daughter and finalized the purchase. He has been the greatest and biggest help and I highly recommend working with him. I have been driving it for 8 months now and I am really impressed and enjoying my Tucson. I enjoy everything about it and have been on short road trips and it's been great. The ride is very comfortable and it's also loaded with many features. The stereo sounds awesome too! I really like the screen set up and all the cameras and its different angles. I stopped by to get an oil change at the dealership and Hunter saw me and came by to see how everything was going. I can't brag enough but he is a great person and very friendly. He is currently working in the OnLine Sales Dept and his office is in the front showroom floor. If you're interested in looking at vehicles I highly recommend talking to him. My two previous Service Dept visits were also great. My visits were for an oil change and also a system update. Audry and Mia were very friendly and kept me updated as to what the service Dept was working on and approximately how long the work would take. I found out that Mia is no longer working there but just wanted to also brag about her as well. I feel that my 2026 Tucson is a great vehicle and it's a solid one!

Outstanding job by the service department... said no satisfied customer ever…read more I brought my car in for a recall after being encouraged multiple times to have the service completed at this dealership. When my vehicle was returned, it had 1 mile of fuel remaining--not one gallon, one mile. I understand that dealerships don't normally fill up your gas tank after service, but when the service manager, Clay, specifically promises that the vehicle will be fueled before it's returned, I expect that promise to be kept. Instead, I was left wondering if I'd even make it to a gas station. Thankfully, I have AAA and was able to get two gallons of gas delivered. Without that, I could have easily been stranded. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. No courtesy call to let me know the fuel level was critically low, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. I even would have been willing to meet someone at a gas station with the loaner vehicle to put gas in my car if they had simply communicated. Instead, Clay suggested that I drive all the way back to the dealership in Spring to have them fill it up--even though he knows I live in Katy. That would have meant wasting a significant amount of gas just to correct a mistake the dealership made. Customer service is about keeping your word and taking responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. Very disappointing.
