I bought 2 - 9mm magazines from them. It took a week for them to ship them out. When I received the mags, one of them looked like it was run over by a truck. The feed lips were bulging outwards and would barely keep the round seated. The mag also had various gouges on it. The box they shipped in was fine, so the bad mag was shipped already damaged. When I reached out to the for a replacement, they told me to make a warranty claim through the manufacturer. Now, the manufacturer (ProMag) wants me to ship the mag to them at my expense for inspection. This tells me GunMag Warehouse does not support their customers. They simply pass the buck leaving returns out of their hands and at the added expense of their customers. read more

This is a quality business. I ordered a gun cleaning kit. When it arrived, all I had was a shredded, empty envelope inside a plastic sleeve from the post office with a we're sorry label. If you live in California (possible many other states too) they will take you order and they send you an email indicating you need to send them a photo copy of your state ID to get your product. They do not tell you this ahead of time. When you don't provide your photo copied state ID because your don't want your identify stolen they then charge you 20%. What a scam! It's bad enough to charge someone 20% to return a product but to charge 20% for a product you have never even received. That sounds like stealing. read more

This company doesn't do what they say. I'm in California and ordered a product early December and received it defective. They said to return the product and I would be getting a replacement sent back. Then I get a email first saying they were sending it, then shortly after saying they canceled and refunded the order due to California law change on Jan 1st even after I explained this was NOT A NEW ORDER, I already purchased it prior to the law change. It's not my fault you sent something defective, and the law clearly says purchases made the 1st and after. Would have been perfectly legal to send my order but they didn't. read more

Hit or miss ordering from GMW, seems like the are trying to completely revamp POS. Out of the last 10 orders, only 2 arrived on time. Customer service is a joke, I blame this on management. I ordered two M1 magazines from these guys, and their online representative stated that they should work fine. The order came in relatively quick, no issues with the delivery. The magazines didn't function, wouldn't lock into the mag-well, so they hit me with a restocking fee for damaged packaging when I returned them on an RMA. I explained that all that was needed was to re-staple them for the packaging. I thought they would want to inspect them, but all the packages needed were staples. Other than that, they were in perfect condition. Not to mention, how would I be able to see if they would function in my gun without taking them out of the packaging? I've returned one other magazine to their store without stapling the package, and had no issues. Why now? They answered with a refusal. Pretty irritating! No problem! I think it's time to take my business elsewhere, I really don't care if I need to pay a little more. Customer service is worth a little more money.
