BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This is the worst company when it comes to product and customer service. How can you not accept your merchandise back if the package was opened! How else can you ensure you received the correct magazine to fit the firearm if you are not able to open the package! However, my problem with them is the item I received the package was already damaged. I received a call from one of the representatives from the company and during the entire conversation, he talked over me and did not listen to my explanation of my return. I purchased 3 magazines from them, 2 are the same and 1 is a different brand (which was already damaged when I received it). They claim they will look at their video to confirm if the package was damaged when packaging. Just say I am not holding my breath for a different outcome!!! Knowing that there are a lot of fake websites, I first tried to verify this shop as legitimate by calling their number. Nobody answers the phone. I then tried using their live chat. Again, nobody replies online. Unexpectedly I get a text message from a number that is from another state that the area code for the store. Was very happy to find this place online. The price for what I was looking for was great and even their regular shipping seemed very quick it'll only ship in a few days! Many other websites, and even gun stores, did not have what I was looking for and with new regulations coming soon I was happy to see all the variety I could choose from. I would never order anything from these clowns again! I have a Colt Walther M4 with a 30 round mag. The problem with the 30 round Mag is when you are in the prone position you cannot lower the weapon close enough to the ground because the magazine prevents it... it's too long. So I ordered a 10 round mag from this website. I received a 30 round clip! So I decided ok I will keep the 30 round clip and order another 10 round. I started to feed the clip but it only would take 10 rounds!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I'll be! I emailed Gunmag and they explained they were out of 10 round mags and I'll quote the next part because you won't believe it: "I have pulled the order information and I see that you ordered the 10 round magazine. I also has it listed on the product home page that it is a 10 round magazine. I tried to buy magazines, but the company refused to honor its advertised price. UPDATE: I've added a star because Adam, of the company's customer service department, was able to resolve my difficulty today. I originally tried to use a coupon code. My debit card was declined. I contacted my bank the next morning and they said the payment should go through with no problem.... but the coupon code had expired by then. Extremely frustrating. It has been quite sometime since I have brighten original manufacture magazines from GunMag Warehouse. At that time they were always advertising great deals and prices on their magazines. Now it seems like the weekly advertisements are less on magazine deals and more on accessories which was not the case in the past. Their deals are no better than local gun shops from me and at times more expensive. Why order on line when I can buy the same magazine at the same price from my local gun shop and not have to pay shipping costs. The one positive thing about GunMag Warehouse is they do have one of the largest selections of magazines. One suggestion is spend less time on advertising the accessory's and advertise more on magazine sales like you use to. read more

Customer service is terrible. Adam was the worst one with attitude. Nobody was willing to check for themselves to see the legality of AK/AR mags to hawaii. They honestly believe that if I thought they were illegal, I would take weeks to prove to them that they aren't. ITS LEGAL. The law states no more than 10rds mag capacity on handguns. They think it applies to any mags that could fit a "pistol", but ANY RIFLE UNDER 16" and considered as a pistol like AK/AR Pistols are illegal to own here. SO IT DOESNT EVEN APPLY. EVERY FFL Here sells 30,40,75rd AK/AR mags but I wanted 30rd Bulgarian steel Ak mags because they don't have it here in the stores, ONLY PMAGS. Every online retailer like Atlantic, Rainerarms, PrepperGunShop, Brownells, and Midway has heard me out, checked for themselves and fixed their restrictions. I've OFFERED TO RECORD MYSELF GOING INTO A FFL SHOP OR THE MAIN POLICE DEPARTMENT TO PROVE ITS LEGALITY AND PRESENCE. They could just take five minutes and call instead of telling me some bullshit. The amount of time to send back those messages when it only takes a minuscule fraction to contact any Hawaii local FFL or Police Department to ask. Don't Waste Your Time Here. They won't hear you out with any issues. I had to wait 1-2 hours for each customer service call and won't take more than 5 minutes to hear you out and move on. It's pathetic. Bought four magazines (4 different brans) from them for my AR in 6.5 CM. Three of the brands worked fine. One magazine would not chamber a round at all (ASC metal mag). I wrote to ASC and they stated that they have never tested their .308 mags with 6.5 CM and therefore they do not advertise that they work with 6.5 CM. Gunmagwarehouse, on the other hand, claims that they do work for 6.5 CM, which is why I bought the ASC mag. When I requested an RMA for the ASC mag, they wanted a picture of the magazine (as if they could not look at the picture on their own website) AND they wanted a picture of my rifle, as if they could magically tell by looking at a photo of my rifle why the mag would not strip and feed. I declined on the photos and they refused to pay for return shipping. False advertising and poor customer service. I will not be making any more purchases from this company. read more

I found this company have fast shipping, great confirmation emails, everything is always delivered as promised. They have great inventory and usually has everything I need. Prices are OK, but not great. Delivery is incredibly slow, with some snarky attitude thrown in at no additional charge.

While under normal conditions their selcetion would be impressive, most manufacturers are having difficulty keeping up with demand at present. This had a considerable impact on their available selection, so I don't fault them for it. Unfortunaltely, this included the product I was after. So I ordered what was available of it and filled-out my need with an acceptable alternative. Prices were very competitive. Website was informative and easy to navigate and use. Order placed 5/7, shipping label generated 5/8, email notification from GMW of order being shipped 5/10, USPS tracking shows actual shipment occuring 5/11. Not the greatest turnaround time, but acceptable given the current state of the market. Package was delivered 5/13. Sadly, a MAJOR CS faliure occurred, which, despite my contacting them about, GMW has yet to address (TBH, I don't expect them to at this point). Approximatley 10.5 hours after sending the shipment notification email (5/10), another followed confirming a credit for a product omitted from the shipment (also 5/10). And of course, it was the one I was ordering from them for in the first place. Presumably, between my placing the order and them fulfilling it, the product in question went out of stock. This represents a minor to moderate failure of their live inventory tracking and/or order picking systems, which, on it's own, would likely have cost them one star at most. However, how they chose to handle the error is unacceptable to me. Instead of contacting me to inform me of the error and asking how I'd like to proceed, they unilaterally decided to alter my order. The email confirming the credit was just that...it contianed no acknowledgement of an error on their part nor anything resembling an appology for it, and represents the sum total of their addressing the issue to date. As the omitted item was the most important one, with the others being ancellary, I would have cancelled the order if given the option. To make matters worse, they made no adjustment to shipping charges, despite the package being now smaller and lighter. Net result: I received fewer items that I wanted, NONE of what I was ordering for in the first place, and increased per-unit shipping costs. Friends, if that's the sort of thing you can live with, Gun Mag Warehous is the place for you (per the pros cited in the first paragraph). If not, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that sell magazines for similar prices that are more considerate of their customers' best interests. read more

Just got off the phone with a guy that just wanted to argue with me about who's fault it is for me not getting 1 magazine in the mail, after paying for priority mail. He's in Texas, I'm in Arizona. They had them in the wrong packaging so every single mag I received was useless as they were the wrong size and caliber. Said they couldn't accept a return and send out the proper Mags because of COVID. Was 3 months before they would take my return and it's only because I physically dropped it off myself. I ordered 4, 10 round 22lr magazines for my Ruger Precision Rifle. I decided to check them and make sure they only held 10 rounds!! I was able to easily fit 11 rounds into two of the 4, I bought. Didn't see a need to check the other ones. This is a bolt action rifle and in New York, we are required by law to no more than 10 rounds in the magazine!! What would have happened if I didn't check and was approached by Law Enforcement and found to be non- compliant? I could have been arrested!! I contacted GMW, and was given the return information. But, through their incompetence, I was not given the return label!! When I sent a note explaining the issue with the magazines and having to pay out of pocket for the return postage, seeking reimbursement, I was told by Cindy that because of the mistake made by their returns department by not supplying me with the correct information and return label, they would not be able to refund me for the postage!! They said that they would give me a store credit!! Why would I want that from a company that sells 10 round magazines that can hold 11 rounds? And be out of the return postage and with nothing to show for it!! I gave one star because there's not an option for zero stars!! I would not recommend this company for anything!! I would pay twice the amount for a magazine that's within my state's compliance guidelines!! Because that would be cheaper than the legal fees if I were arrested!! I get an obnoxious email that suggests the transaction was fraudulent. In a rather accusatory tone. They canceled my order based on who knows what and notified my credit card company of potential fraud. Then asked me to send an image of my driver license. I don't know why or who in their back room decided something was amiss but there is no issue with me or my credit card. And I am not sending a photo of a government issued ID to anybody. I had searched extensively for a low-capacity magazine for my Savage 110 rifle so that I could take it hunting, and found one, item 55105, listed on their website as compatible. I received the magazine, and then tried to insert it in my rifle, and it does not fit. I contacted them, and as I had not somehow verified fit without opening the factory packaging, they were absolutely unwilling to help. All this despite the error being on their end. I actually had an excellent experience with GunMag Warehouse. Their CS was excellent in my view. Ordered two (2) high capacity Glock-21 compatible magazines for my Kriss Vector on 12/30/20. Shipped 1/1/21 and received it on 1/7/21. I did have problems with one of the magazine while at the range. The spring wouldn't reload after each shot and it jammed constantly. The other one was fine. I emailed CS on 1/11/21and received a RMA on 1/12/21. After sending in the damaged magazine on 1/15/21, I received a new one in the mail 1/21/21. I was pleasantly surprise on how quickly they replaced the magazine. I would definitely buy again. I just purchased a Black Rain Ordnance AR 15 yesterday and will use them to buy compatible magazines for that once I receive the rifle in 2 weeks. Good luck all! read more

Glock GEN5 Mags did not come in its original sealed factory blister pack packaging. Instead they were wrapped in individual plastic sleeves with GunMag Warehouse stickers affixed to it. Why are they not in it's original retail factory packaging? Purchased Glock magazines for years and never seen new Glock Mags packaged in this way. Your online ordering SHOULD state that these are not in it's Factory Retail Packaging. Add says "Factory", are these knock-offs?
