Place gets a bad rep, but the staff was very helpful to someone as a first time owner and prices were fair

We were looking for a place to buy ammo, and saw this place. Absolutely had to try coffee from a gun store! It's not fancy or frilly, but the coffee I had was great and cheaper than other coffee shops. I had an oatmilk caramel latte and loved it! My mom raved about the strawberries and cream smoothie. The manager was very friendly to us and we had good conversation while we waited for my husband to shop. read more

I had a good experience here and thought I'd comment. I'm not a bargain shopper so can't comment on prices but the staff was friendly enough. I'm all for guns stores and coffee. The employees are not very friendly and the fees for transferring firearms are pretty outrageous

Online: Opens at 7AM Door Sign: Opens at 8AM Employees: We'll open whenever the f**k we want to. Drove down to grab some coffee this morning. Got there around 7:55AM. Sign says they open at 8AM, so I figured I could wait. 8:30AM, still no sign of anyone even in the shop. Half your products focus is towards coffee, a beverage that sells better in the morning. It'd be a good idea to open early and on time. They're lucky they're the only local shop that carries Black Rifle Coffee, otherwise they'd never get my business. read more

I purchased a numbered 9/11 tribute rifle from this store that was supposed to be brand new. I discovered later the trigger and bolt had been swapped out from the original build. I asked the owner why and he said he sold the parts to someone wanting to do a build...?? Seriously?? Of course they have a no return policy. Messages left for the owner to call me went unreturned. I would recommend being very cautious about buying a firearm from this store. I'll never be back. If you want an idea what the customer service is like, look no further than the parking lot. 2 available parking spots in front of the store and always taken by the owner and employees. read more

Stopped by on a cold rainy day for a hot coffee. They use black rifle which supports the veteran community and makes a damn good cuppa. Torani syrup so the drink taste is on point. Like was super short and service was polite and extremely fast- remember these guys when you're mad dashing on the way and forgot your Joe! You won't be disappointed. read more

Prices on everything are outrageous. I recently took in a gun part to get a small roll pin punched out that I didn't have the right size for. They told me it was $80 dollars to do it! Truly a 1 minute job. I'm not sure how their coffee is, but the gun store part is a joke. read more

Unfortunately it appears things have changed. Coffee is good if that is what you want but on the firearm side they charge $50 to transfer and noticed they had a rifle listed as new that I could tell the trigger had been changed out. read more

I should have read Yelp first but I had them order a new pistol but was sold a used pistol instead. I called to complain and was told by Dustin Manen that he didn't want to hear my bullshit and he didn't care if I ever went to his fucking gun store again. I attempted to file a police report, was told he admitted to selling a used gun when he knew that I expected a new gun. I'll be filming a public service video in their parking lot to send to the SHOT SHOW AND EVERY DISTRUBTOR. Very unprofessional and shady. If you want to get ripped off then Dustin is the guy to go to. I'll never stop complaining about him, his company and his lack of ethics. FBI, BATFE and DOJ complaints are in the works. read more

I called just to get a price on ammo. I did not want to drive all the way there just to find out they are high priced. The girl who answered the phone told me they do not give out prices over the phone. LOL Really? Eyes only I guess. She finally said what the price was but they were 35 % higher than Bass Pro and even brothers pawn. I will be giving them a miss. read more

I would not recommend going to this place. Aside from none of the staff wearing masks, neither were any of the customers. Even putting their poor management of covid aside, the coffee just wasn't good. I asked for cold brew coffee with vanilla sweetener and received regular coffee with way too much sweetener. I would say skip this place if you're looking for good coffee and good service. read more

Called to see if they had 9mm ammo-said yes for sure! Got there and they had like 6 25 packs for $30 a box...said we can get more, but have to buy a gun from them to get it! Would have been nice to know before driving there. We wanted to support local business, but with that type of info being left out and then to say that the ammo is scarce, so we have to buy a gun is just a sales tactic and totally not accurate because we just purchased 500 for $80 online. read more

Great small batch coffee, so no bitter taste. I've got to say I adore this concept! My hubby hates coffee so I never get to go to a coffee shop with him, but here can look at and talk guns with the guys. Did I mention the coffee is great? Solid place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products whether it's coffee or weapons related. They sell locally made goods and great tasting coffee. Well, we didn't have the coffee yet, but the folks there were fantastically friendly. We are not "gun" people, per se, but the fact that this place exists makes me grin. We rode our bikes here, and I think maybe I like guns more than I like cars. Most gun owners are safety-minded and responsible, cannot say that about most car owners. read more

BUYER BEWARE. Do not let the awesome aesthetic of this store fool you. Everything here is overpriced, and there is a disgusting lack of transparency at this business. I was sold a plate carrier for $300 (not including the plates) that fell apart the first time I tried to adjust it. I then went online and found the exact same product for $60, a fifth of the price that it was sold to me for. After calling about it I was met with a bullshit rant about manufacturer warranties and a nonexistent four month backorder to discourage me from further inquiry. I will not be shopping at this business again and my only recommendation is that you avoid this place like the plague. read more
