Great store for all of your outdoor needs, from clothing to equipment. We use their bike program for our oldest kid. You buy a kids bike and when it is time for the next size up, the original purchase price of the bike goes towards the next size up they need. So awesome especially since kids out grow their bikes fast and bikes can be expensive. We will definitely use it for all of our kids. They mostly have new bikes, but also used bikes (at least for the kids sizes) which help save money. We have also been here on a field trip for my kids and it was great. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful, my kids learned a lot! They also have a rock climbing wall inside - so fun! Love this store! read more

I've only been here once. I love in Dallas but chose to buy my bike here because I go to NWA a lot to ride. I also wanted to buy here because of their 10% back program where you get 10% of what you buy to put towards another purchase. I ordered my bike directly from Giant but had it shipped to the Rogers store to be assembled. The process was quick and easy and my bike was ready in about a week from when I ordered it. The day I went to pick up my bike, the store was not busy. What surprised me is that they didn't offer to fit me for the bike. I thought they would help me measure where my seat should be, how much air is needed in my tire, etc. They didn't do none of that, didn't even offer. Just had me pay for my bike and off I went. A little disappointed because there are a lot of bike shops in NWA so I thought the service would be better. read more

Outdoor stuff for the outdoor enthusiast. Sadly, that's not me. The "enthusiast" part. Outside is something I tolerate in between the rail station and the office and even though it's been warmer this week, it's still going to get cold again. So I stopped in at Lewis & Clark to check out their gloves and hats, getting sidelined into some of the other departments for a browse. The biking area is full service, not only selling very high end bikes (holy crap, I paid less for a car!), but also helmets and gloves and riding shorts and even car mounting kits. Lots of water stuff too - including some Hobie Cat sailboats and kayaks and such. I didn't spot a way to mount your bike to your kayak, but they might be able to help. Tents, too. And backpacks. And even a huge climbing wall that ranges from easy to medium to difficult. I didn't try it, but it did look like fun. A comfortable seating area to browse the assorted outdoor-themed books. When the zombie apocalypse comes and there isn't electricity, this will probably be my first stop! Also... $4999 for a bike? Yes, it weighed less than two pounds, but dang that's a lot of money! read more

My husband and I had questions about shoes and socks, just something pretty simple, and that's it. But there were no employees around to ask, nobody was at the register, there was nobody ANYWHERE. We looked around for just shy of ten minutes but didn't see any employees, and by the time we saw ONE he muttered "Hi, let me know if you need anything" and just wandered off like he could barely be bothered. Very unprofessional experience. Bought a bike from a MECHANIC at LEWIS AND CLARK with a fork steering tube cut too short. Young man said "your bike your problem" when I spoke to the service Manager Jared, he wouldn't even take a look at the bike for sake of safety. These guys are GREAT. We were in town from Dallas/Denton, Tx for a ride and was having frequent flats. They took the tire off and checked it out. Ended up being the tape on the rim was slipping and the spokes were puncturing the tube. They fixed us up at n/c and we had a successful ride. Thank you so much. Ordered bike the beginning of Nov. By Feb still no bike. When you called no one could answer questions. Would no respond to text. Finally canceled order at the end of Feb. This was a Christmas gift for child and I was told it would be here by Christmas. Horrible customer service and follow up. On a whim this evening, my husband and I decided to pop in to the Rogers Lewis & Clark to look at "end of the season" sandal sales. We were greeted immediately upon entry, and then again in the shoe department by Bailey. Bailey was gregarious, helpful, and professional. It's obvious he loves his job based on his bubbly countenance, and his knowledge of the shoes. After helping me find what I was looking for, Not only did I end up purchasing 2 pairs of sandals, but with the help of frequent shopper points, that I've accumulated from previous visits, I basically ended up paying nothing.
