Juan spent at least two hours with me helping me choose birthday presents for my friends and taught me the ins and outs of jewelry the whole time and even checked something to make sure it was genuine diamonds before selling it as diamonds. He confirmed that it was not, and that earned my trust and business right there. He even gave me a gift!
