I got into a car accident about a month ago and I asked around for any recommendations of a reliable body shop. Multiple people referred me to R&A for their exceptional service and friendly staff. Randy from R&A was so helpful from the second I dropped off the car. He told me they'll order the parts for the car and start working on it as soon as it arrives. However, he couldn't give me an exact time frame as it all depends when the parts get to their shop. Even though the rental car was covered by insurance during the time my car was being worked on, I still wanted my car back ASAP, so I called Randy at least once a week checking up on my car. Every time I called he was so nice over the phone and gave me a very clear update on my car. One month later, my car was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up and pay my deductible, Randy gave me a discount when I hadn't even asked and on top of that he gave me money to fill up on gas!
