I tried to enroll , told the lady what I needed and wanted she totally enrolled me in a different class then had me open a ticket to adjust classes that stred next year to find out they couldn't change what they did. I had a very disappointing experience with Gurnick Academy while trying to get basic information as a prospective student. Communication was unclear and repeated attempts to get proper guidance were not handled professionally. At one point, a staff member named Maria responded with, "this is the last time I'm telling you," which felt dismissive and inappropriate in an educational setting where students are seeking help and guidance. This experience raised concerns about the school's approach to student communication and support. The reply the "supervisors " left is a passive aggressive statement, which I WAS a student in their program and they removed me, asking me to transfer to the MRI program and promised they would help me with that, guess what? I deeply regret enrolling in this program. I was misled from the beginning from promises about support, structure, and professionalism, to lies about credit transferability and career prospects. What I experienced was the exact opposite of what was advertised. The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and at times flat-out hostile. I was treated like a burden for asking for help, and when I advocated for myself, I faced retaliation. Certain instructors created a toxic environment that felt more like emotional warfare than education. There was also favoritism, bullying among classmates that went unchecked, and staff behavior that crossed a line including subtle racism and personal targeting. The school is good at covering its tracks, but the truth is in the experience: lack of transparency, inconsistent policies, and a total disregard for student well being. This place chewed me up and spit me out, leaving me with debt and trauma, not a degree. If you're thinking about enrolling, don't walk run the other direction. read more

I was interested in two programs: the BSN and Respiratory Therapist. Unfortunately, the people who are supposed to help you get information about the programs are very unprofessional. I'm pretty disappointed. One of them spoke really fast and hung up on me quickly. It felt like there was no time for a proper one-on-one conversation with someone who's seriously trying to apply. When I came in for the TEAS test, they weren't prepared for my arrival. I haven't heard from them since. I accidentally clicked on the wrong program during my application, and the person texting me was unprofessional and had poor grammar. I also spoke with someone about how I work a full-time job so I can afford to attend the program, and their response was incredibly rude--they asked if my family could pay for it. They don't provide students or potential students with the correct information about the programs, and honestly, they're very rude. Everyone in registration needs proper training. Because of their behavior, I'm no longer interested in applying to this school. They also don't give accurate information about which classes you can take before enrolling. I've heard so many good things about the school, but it's infuriating that the people who are supposed to help you get into a program are so unprofessional. read more

I decided to attend the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program at Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts, Concord Campus in 2013 and graduated in 2015. During those years, I had an incredible experience learning from highly qualified instructors (Doctors, PhD, NP and RNs) with strong educational and clinical backgrounds who were eager to share their knowledge and experience. I gained valuable hands-on learning through my clinical rotations in a sub-acute unit, psychiatric unit at a correctional facility, and a maternity rotation at a women's and children's clinic. On my final clinical rotation, I was offered a position on the spot--and that became the start of my LVN career, where I have continued to work for many years. Also, I passed the LVN NCLEX without difficulty, thanks to the solid preparation from Gurnick's program. Several years later, I returned to Gurnick to continue my education through the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, where I graduated with honor. Once again, Gurnick prepared me exceptionally well--I passed the RN NCLEX on my first attempt without any difficulty and received a hospital job offer soon after. I am now pursuing my Master of Science in Nursing, and I can confidently say that Gurnick played a foundational role in shaping the nurse I am today. If Gurnick offered a graduate program in critical care, I would have continued my journey there without hesitation. Attending Gurnick was one of the great decisions I made back in 2013. I'm currently a student at Gurnick. From the first time I called to inquire, they were very accommodating, up until the time I talked to the financial advisor and started doing the prerequisites. I started the program the same year, March 2025. I have applied twice and on my first time I didn't have a good experience. That being said the second time I applied I really took my time and Christy helped me walk through all the steps and stayed patient with me. I really appreciated the help and no matter if I get in or not they redeemed them selves and I deleted my last review and hope this time around it goes better but if not I know they did everything they could to help me get in and I appreciated that. I was a previous Nursing Student, 2018 . I had an instructor who was bullying me, which really affected my self-esteem. This instructor almost ran me over in the parking lot, and I am not sure what the administration has done to help me. The program is very rigid, but because of the unhealthy learning environment, it was hard for me to absorb the content of the subject especially understanding the terms in Labor and Delivery, so I failed in this subject, no more Remediation Class for me, even though I passed the other two subjects, thru Remediation Class. I only had missed one day in the entire program, bec I had to pick up my husband in the airport. The Dean did not have a heart with colored students, very cold. I am still currently paying for my student loan, however, I still wish to fulfill my dream to be a nurse. I hope I could re-enroll in that one subject to fulfill my dream, even if I have to pay for it from my own pocket. I started my application process a few months ago and I'm shocked at the deep unprofessionalism of this place. My first informational phone call with Breyanni Vaughn was pleasant and got me excited for the new educational journey I was trying to go on. I set up an in person tour at the Concord campus with her the following week. That next Tuesday rolls around and I'm sitting in the office wait for a Bre that failed to show up to our meeting. Not only that but EVERYONE in the office couldn't careless about the fact I was wait around and confused as to why Bri was "working from home that day" when we had scheduled a meeting. They told me to just try emailing her another day. I decided to let it slide, everyone has busy lives. I get that. Flash forward about 2 weeks and she emails me a placement test that required a passing score to be able to enroll at the school. The test results are emailed to your advisor....mine being Bre. I took the test and didn't hear anything back from the school for a week. I wrote a follow up email ask if I passed and what to do next and didn't hear anything back from Bre. I then waited 4 more days before calling and some informative, sweet lady helped me figure out I passed and then told me to just try getting a hold of MIA Bre for the next steps. I had to remind the school I still needed them to send me the mandatory 100 dollar application fee multiple times as well. Bre finally calls me about 3 days later and we fill out my paperwork over the phone together. After that we scheduled an appointment with a third party financial advisor. Her name was Lucy and SHOCKER 11am the day of my appointment rolls around and no one contacts me. I call Bre and tell her this and she apologizes and says she'll call me back once she figures out what happened and why Lucy didn't call me for our meeting. That was 3 weeks ago if not longer and I still haven't heard back from the school! Yes, I wrote Bre a follow up email telling her when I was available to reschedule my financial aid appointment that bailed on me. This institution deserves zero stars. Don't go here and don't give them your money. Go literally anywhere else. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I attended this school because ive met many others that went here in previous years so I thought why not. Well I should have done more research first. Group VN74 was the first group to start with ATI. Every mistake that could've been made was made. Jason ignores you concerns &acts as if he can't hear or doesn't understand your complaints. Assigned us assignments too early &we had to repeat them in later modules. PM teachers sucked, read directly from the slides &when we had questions about what was being taught we were told to use google. I remember absolutely nothing from MedSurg1. I can tell you that Ms. Maria is great she is the only teacher that actually cared about if we were learning, understanding, and passing. Even did tutoring with us on weekends. I can say simple nursing is what got me through nursing school. I am mostly self taught. Now to financial aid. My financial aid advisor quit &no one was notified. She did not complete my paperwork before leaving &forged documents that said I agreed to pay $4,000 monthly. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER AGREE TO THAT! Joe (the man in charge of harassing you for money) reached out we talked, I explained that I didn't sign anything agreeing to that &he said he would get me in touch with the right people. While also asking me "so you're not going to make the payments right" um no absolutely not! 2 more months went by & getting closer to graduating I had to find another financial aid advisor on my own with no help from him or gurnick. I eventually got my financial aid figured out. At the end we had a month long class that was supposed to prepare us for the exit exam which is ATI not HESI anymore. That class was a complete waste of time. Nothing that was reviewed in that class with us was on the exam complete waste of time & only a hand-full of students actually passed the first time. Now that graduation is over we are thinking the worst part must be over nope that was wishful thinking. Gurnick had a vendor come to the school to do our fingerprints that we sent to the board. While everyone is trying to take their boards & get a license it was brought to our attention that our entire group's fingerprints are invalid. We reached out to the school still no resolution just a crapy email saying "we were told by BVNPT and we are looking into it" haven't heard a damn word from them since. Our entire class has gone to an outside vendor to do our own fingerprints. I reached out to Joe & Jason again saying I should be receiving a reimbursement since I had to pay out of pocket for something that was originally included in my tuition & I haven't heard from neither. I find it crazy that when they want their money from you, you have to deal with constant harassment & threats of not being able to go to class but when the roles are reversed they completely ignore you and your concerns. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SCHOOL & EVERY TIME SOMEONE ASK ME ABOUT ATTENDING I WILL SUGGEST LOOKING INTO OTHER OPTIONS. THIS SHOULD BE EVERYONE'S LAST OPTION FOR CONTINUING YOUR EDUCATION!!! I also will be looking into how to proceed with LEGAL action with regards to forging paperwork saying I will pay those payments of $4,00 monthly & a reimbursement for my fingerprints! read more

DISCLOSURE - GRAPHIC IMAGES / STORY I CANT believe I'm sitting here writing this. Long story short, I've gone through Gurnick three times already. VN, ASVN and I was halfway through my BSNAP track until the UNTHINKABLE happened. July 21 I was involved in a terrible car accident that left me with multiple fractures to my nose, around my eye, my skull, and I broke my upper and lower jaw. I underwent emergency surgery to correct this and have several plates in my face now. Parts of my face were sutured back together and my skull stapled and sutured. I'm recovering well. Especially now that Shelvia Salvano personally WITHDREW me from the BSNAP program. Yes. WITHDREW ME via email just FOUR days after my accident. BEFORE I even was discharged from the hospital. I made the mistake of contacting her the second day I was in the hospital, barely awake and conscious enough to hold a conversation and unable to even open my eyes. Got her on the phone and muttered to her my circumstance and the first advice she gave was I could restart in January...and REPEAT every day of the last 7 months I just completed. She went on to say I couldn't do remote learning since I didn't have a cough or sniffles (COVID) and only had facial trauma. Ultimately, Shelvia withdrew me for violating absence policies like I was some habitual class skipper and had no interest in my $80,000 education to better my life for me and my 3 year old daughter. I had NO other absences prior to this event and was in full compliance with all of the contracts I had signed into with Gurnick and I'm not being biased towards myself whatsoever, I was in complete compliance with EVERY contract I entered into and have the proof. And why is it I never heard a thing from any classroom teachers if I was missing from class so often? How did Shelvia, the director, become the only one so concerned about this? Or even knowledgeable of it really. Because she had it out for me, she constantly harassed me in class when she subbed, she has no patient with students in general, she sought me out in her bitterness, she manipulated my attendance history so much it didn't even match her ending claims. All I hear is students (from all sections) and other staff gripe about this woman all day long when I was on campus. She is a danger to all students. For being around this school as much as I have, I never figured in a million years they'd completely abandon me when I needed them. When I just needed staff to call and check in and see how we could work through this. Ask if I was going to see again, eat regular food again. Not ONE call from anyone. Not ONE idea or plan to help me. Not ONE meeting with staff. Nothing. I was gracefully given the opportunity to appeal this decision. Which went to Sir Joe Kheuasida. I sent my appeal in on Monday, Aug 1. He said he had 5 days to figure out his decision. He wasn't lying because 20 minutes before midnight FRIDAY night, he replied saying he regretted to inform me he was not letting me back into school. Messaged me at 11:40pm ABOUT THIS....MY LIFE...like he just remembered while he was brushing his teeth before bed. All to just deny me. This has been a crazy traumatic experience and I'm still In shock about it everyday. In shock that not one soul at Gurnick has even batted an eye at the situation. That not one staff member has questioned Shelvia's complete lack of empathy and gruesome/repulsive character throughout this time and how she has treated a students near death event....actually that might be because none of the ones I spoke to even knew what was happening! She's trying to keep this a secret and I will not let her!!!! IN SUMMARY - During your BSN program, if you become hospitalized for just ONE day. You're half way out the door in Shelvia Salvano's eyes. TWO days and you're as good as gone. I'm sorry for the graphic images, but they're important as they were sent to Shelvia Salvano and other admin during the decision making periods to permremove me from school. I added the pictures because this is how I looked when I got Salvano's email that she was removing me based on my absences/hospital stay. And yes they saw them and were fully aware. read more

My personal experience here was awful. My first week at Gurnick was just as unprofessional as the rest of the year. I had my advisor pull me from class and in the middle of the hallway as other students walk past announce that she was dropping me due to having a balance. (Gurnick staff loves to pull you from class time to discuss money, by the way.) I will say, The staff instructors are exceptional, except one who literally enjoyed picking on and bullying my cohort. (She was a replacement for weekends and worked at the school downstairs, and would love to mention her school was better). This is the Second instance of negativity I was met with was due to that fill in instructor. To continue this I let the staff know about it and I was ignored email after email until finally, my last day with said instructor they decided to move me to a different Saturday clinical. So, I did have to endure her emotional abuse on numerous occasions. Moving past this, let it be known I was an honor roll student had no less than Bs my entire time at this school and never missed a single day. I was proud of my accomplishments, excited to make my family proud at graduation. The day came and they "forgot" to include me in the awards and recognize that I was an honor roll student and had perfect attendance! I was so embarrassed and wanted to cry but I was right in front. The way they fixed that instance was saying "you can come get your rope and sash, from the school" they robbed me of my moment completely and all I got from this was throwing my accomplishments in a bag and making me pick it up from the school. That's not it though. During NCLEX prep, we were told if we attend everyday of PASS and pass our NCLEX first try they will reimburse us for paying for our license. I did PASS participated and as soon as I confirmed I passed the NCLEX I received no more correspondence. Wait... there's more. The school from day one says they will assist with finding a job once graduated. Not only was I prompt with my replies I would have to send follow up emails. I understand people are busy, but if I do everything you have asked and I paid ALL that money( that they HOUND you for) I could at least get a return email. I was not going to write this review because The program director is amazing and so are most of the instructors. However, I am fed up because today I send an email to career services and instead of doing her research she sends me the same set of questions that was already answered in the correspondence literally attached to the email thread almost a month ago and her suggestions for places to apply to are not even hiring LVNs which is what I graduated for. This was NOT a good experience! I did pass my exit and NCLEX first try but I definitely do not give them credit for that, I worked hard and I had the critical thinking and necessary skills to accomplish what I have. read more

I'm back with another review after leaving one over a year ago. Still no phlebotomy classes no one has checked in with me and by the way the medical assistant certification are not approved by the state of California. NHA is not approved. For an example, Sutter will not take it so be prepare to pay for another one. My last job didn't require a certificate, I got pretty lucky with that. But now my new job is requiring me to get a new one that is approved by the state. If I knew this before, I would of never came to this school. I feel like it was definitely a waste of my money. Avoid this school. Especially if you are a new immigrant like me, believe me they just want to squeeze as much application fee as possible from you but never take you seriously. I started reaching out to them 4 months ago for an application and submitted my documents in the very beginning. And I asked them several times on the phone what other documents they need from me. I remember communicating with several different people through emails, phone calls, texts. But nobody told me that I needed to take the TOFEL exam. Until the day after I paid the $100 application fee, they told me to take the TOFEL exam as soon as possible, and it was about 1 week before the registration deadline. As a non-English native speaker who came to the US for only 2 years I'm proud of my English ability, but people like us need time to prepare for an ACADEMIC English exam. Why didn't they want me to pass the exam with a better score? Why did they tell me right after I sent them the money although they had months to let me know in advance. Why didn't they tell me when I asked them? I felt terrible. I asked them to return my money but they said the money was non refundable but they could do something for me and then sent a bunch of documents to me to sign and a program schedule. I thought they admitted me, so I signed the documents. But after that they have been very silent, 1 month later when I texted them they told me I wasn't accepted. I regret that I spent so much time on this school. They are unprofessional, they care nothing but money. read more

I started the sign up process back in June. It was all very fast paced and quick. They were very fast to call back and even pushy to an extent. Once I started having issues it was like pulling teeth to get any response. I texted, emailed and called and left voicemails and got no response. I decided to not go forward for multiple reasons. 1) I am unable to cover the full cost. 2) There is not a lot of guidance on the next steps while applying. 3) It seems all they want is your money 4) trying to get advice or guidance is next to impossible. I will be looking elsewhere to continue my education. If the registration process is this unprofessional I don't want to even think what their programs is like. update: I received a call from the admissions department today about an orientation I was never aware of. I called them back on the number that was given and surprise surprise... They didn't answer. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. read more

So I am now at the end of my LVN program (module 4). Suppose to be all done Jan 28th. But Gurnick has added 6k to my out of pocket cost in mid September. I am a full time student work part time this is very unrealistic for me to pay within 4 months, they expect me to pay this by January. I was denied Sallie Mae twice. And if I don't pay they will not recommend me for my NCLEX to received my license to start working. While I have wonderful grades (all A's & AB's) but its not about that it's about the money that I don't have sitting around. I would never recommend since in reality you don't know what your getting yourself into. Things with this school can change at any time. I signed a form stating that I would pay out of pocket 6k ac in January 2021 and now it's basically doubled and I did it agree t 11k out of pocket cost. While I'm still working on paying off the agreement I signed. I'm sure no one cares about this situation. FASFA clerk is never at school. Emails back so late. Doesn't follow up. The assistant director doesn't know any answers to any questions. He just calls me into his office to remind me I need to pay them. UPDATE I am about to graduate and this entire year is student have made a way to make it work with Gurnick. We change schedules miss out on work and more to be where Gurnick tells us just for them to cancel or make the class online ... it's so frustrating and sad. When I attended this school I felt like I was back in grade school. I'm a mid 30's male student that wanted to Change my career path to a lpn. I was Successful but it was a year and half of pure harassment by a teacher named Victoria Mendoza. I'm not sure if she is still There but it was an awful experience. She's the kind of Teacher that eats her young. The classmates were really unfriendly girls that would stab you in the back at any moment. I'm so glad I graduated and got out of there. If you want to get robbed for your money then go ahead and apply. They will have you pay the registration fee, have you write a novel about why you feel you would best fit the modality, have you reach out to professional references and have them write recommendation letters, take a entrance test and just waste your time and money to then tell you, you are not accepted into their academy. Why? Why not go through the interview panel, have the documents submitted, decide if the person is a fit or not, then charge the registration fee? So far so good in pre admission I can say Kharra was very organized! Very considerate, and knowledgeable. She gave great explanation of the program and how it worked, what was expected of each student, and at completion where you can expect to be. Coming from a bad experience I am a bit reluctant. Honestly I'm surprised they even have students. I've been trying to set up an appointment to talk to their admissions counselor and the first time the person left me a voicemail saying the time the receptionist gave me didn't work for her and I could call her back which I tried to do but it sent me directly to leave a voicemail so I call again and I ask the receptionist for an appointment and this time no one calls me at all even though she supposedly gave me an appointment .... very unprofessional. I can see what kind of school this place is and I'm glad now because they have a good amount of bad reviews. Update::: They called me and tried to play it off like it wasn't my review that sent them to call me. They were nice on the phone I'll give them that so my opinion is take your chance to see if they take you seriously enough from the first try if not then leave a bad review and they'll call you immediately trying to get you to go to their school. read more

Gurnick called me saying they were sending me a check from my grant, I waited for nearly a month for it and they ended up telling me the check was sent and cashed out already.... I was confused and they later said they wrote the check for my SISTER who graduated 2 years ago instead of for ME. So now, Gurnick is saying they WONT be sending me another check and THEIR OWN STUPID MISTAKE is my SISTER'S responsibility to PAY ME BACK. How is that my sister's fault/responsibility and do you honestly think a family member who doesn't live with me will pay me back that money? How does a school write a check for the WRONG PERSON?? At this point I don't know what else to do besides get legal help on this situation. Honestly the most unprofessional and most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. What I enjoyed about Gurnick was the strict rules I had to adhere to to ensure that I was getting the most out of my education and my money. After researching different Psychiatric Technician programs, Gurnick had offered me the opportunity as other schools had either a waiting list or a lottery process. Although the program is very expensive compared to going to a junior college, Gurnick's fastrack program pushes you to the limit of recognizing your strengths, weaknesses, and overcoming your anxiety and fears. The disadvantages would be the cost of the program, and at times, the disorganization, but everything is resolved in due time. As a recent graduate from the Psychiatric Technician program, I have learned that I was able to withstand the complex challenges & I feel even more confident in myself! A big shout out to all of the PT program staff...especially Dr. G! There are instructors who will push you to your full potential (Dr. G) with words of encouragement and there are instructors who are pretty strict and/or won't give you the words you'd like to hear, but it's best if you look at it at a different perspective of preparing yourself to be proud of your accomplishments. My advice to anyone enrolling is to STUDY, STUDY, STUDY, do not miss ANY time from class, have patience, & most important, stay committed because this program will really test you, especially if you procrastinate!Working a FT job isn't as feasible. I've worked FT, studied hard, & with the lack of sleep & being physically & mentally drained, commute and all, it was extremely hard to retain everything I had studied. It's not your regular I can drop into class as I please like a JC. As outlined in the program, attendance is emphasized. I highly suggest thinking long & hard prior to enrolling because it is tough & you'll have to set aside vacations, time with family, etc. if you really want to complete the program. read more

TERRIBLE absolutely TERRIBLE they don't care about you seriously I have been trying for 2 weeks to contact their school to get a advisor to tell me what the next steps are after I attended there webinar , first week I called they said we will make sure a advisor emails you , week passes by noting, i call again and complain they make a appointment and the advisor is suppose to call me at 3 and guess what? Noting. And this is a private school? Meaning you have to pay? Who would pay for a school like this they don't care. Seems like they hired the worst staff. Never seen such a terrible school before. Who gave these people there license? Why aren't they fired? And I'm not the only one 25 other people gave one star reviews. The teachers are the backbone of this institution. The behavior of administration, however, merits the need for some title changes that better reflect reality. Since my enrollment at this school, administration have been like ghosts, but instead of saying their name three times in the mirror, the only way to get interaction is to owe money. I have sent four emails within the last three weeks with no response (the last two of which I cc'd the assistant director, which still didn't elicit a response). Even my direct email to him several weeks earlier didn't warrant an answer. Due to the action or should I say inaction of administration, I was forfeited the opportunity of receiving grants towards my tuition. I never received answers to my questions, but when it was time for them to remind me that I had a balance due, that email was right on time. As I mentioned before even my direct response to that email wasn't answered.... About three months ago, a disgruntled alumni trespassed onto campus (because this school also had zero security standards prior to this. Right now there is a guard sitting behind a desk as you enter the elevator, which also blocks an emergency exit I might add) and defaced campus property, as well as directly threatened the life of a specific teacher, by name. The school's choice of action was to offer to pay the tuition to any LVN review program of her choosing, even one not associated with Gurnick. I cannot bring myself to understand how someone who committed a chargeable offense is offered free tuition while students like myself who are currently enrolled and also working full time and still struggling to pay tuition at this institution, there is no help and no sense of urgency or advocacy. I wish there was an agreement that allowed balances to be paid after graduation, once I get a nursing job and can actually afford to pay this outrageous tuition to this unforgiving (circumstantial, it appears) administration. read more

I would hundred percent give this a 0/5 star if it would let me. I graduated 7/29 with VN69 and here's what I got to say. The school really does not take care of you once they got their money. I'm over here trying to take the nclex as soon as possible but Gurnick over here does not want to send the required documents that I have completed the program or atleast the BVNPT has not received it yet. Many of my graduating classmates has already got their test schedules for their NCLEX since they have already got the go to for the board. I have been waiting for 5 weeks and yet I get mail saying the school hasn't done their part. Why is it that some of my classmates who passed the same time as I have are able to take the board exam and I have not? To add to that, I also paid for the application which Gurnick was suppose to pay for. I thought it would hurry the process in order for me to take the test but nope. Maaaaaaan. Disappointing from start to finish tbh. Also My Boy Guarav Thind has never received his jacket from the beginning to end either. RIP to the extra tuition he paid for nada! But yo Gurnick can you guys reach to me on when my required documents get sent?? Sucks that I won't even be able to take the test since I'm deploying.... Y'all high key failed me because of this inconvenience. 9/7/22 Update I spoke with the school director Joe, and I'm glad he reached out to me. I graduated in Nov 2022, from VN program. I had a great experience with learning. I had the best instructors so far. I didn't have any problems throughout the program, I didn't even miss a single class. There are few instructors who made sure we learn comprehensively and build our base strong in the long run. Ms. Debbi, Ms. Peggy, Ms. Smriti, and Ms. Jume. I definitely recommend Gurnick bc of their class hours, you can even work and study if you can balance without affecting your grades. I recommend Gurnick for VN. I have recommended a few people to join the program as well and they are almost done. Now I am looking forward for BSN program. read more

I am a current student here. Please go elsewhere if possible. I have been contacting Jason Frank Joe and Ms Shaelina for a week in regards to my financial aid money they owe to me. I keep getting passed off by Jason. All I am requesting is that they answer a simple email that has not been responded to for 6 days. I have acquired loans to pay for my living expenses and I would like to begin to pay them but everyone has now gon radio silent about money owed to me.
