First off I'm a bit older so finding a shop who is good enough to handle my tech and me is always great. I was sold a Samsung S23 Ultra from the verizon store a few months back and since it's all glass inevitably it will break. Fast forward to a few days ago, the phone slipped out of my hands and hit the pavement and cracked the big front screen and was flashing white lines at me.
