Thank You for visiting my profile! I started my business in the IT\IS field over 10 years ago to address a problem that I felt should be solved which was customer service "or lack thereof". I heard countless stories of customers being at the mercy of the BIG box stores and gouged hundreds of dollars for the simplest of repairs. Techs running their "businesses" as a hobby from their cell phones and dumping callers to voicemail and not returning calls. I could bore people with my list of accolades and certifications, however at the end of the day when clients call they remember empathy, knowledge, and customer service.
