We sent in an electronic device and they said they could fix it--that they did these all the time. Well, two trips there, almost $200 and it still didn't work. I suggested that it was probably a connector and just needed a wire soldered in. They apparently were offended that a mere mortal would suggest anything and they ghosted me. Left with no alternative, I ordered a micro soldering gun from amazon and wired in a plug to be able to charge the unit. I'm a photographer. I had a SeaGate HDD with nearly all of my RAW files from the past few years (my fault for not practicing best backup practices. 3-2-1. Etc.). Unfortunately, I dropped this HDD about 2.5ft onto the carpet while it was transferring. Locked up, wouldn't show up on PC when I tried pluggin' it back in. Stuck R/W arm, I believe. Brought it to Wires, inquired about data recovery. Was told it was a $65 deposit/$200 fee (so $65 now, $135 upon completion). They had it for a couple of days, then called and said "Sorry. We can't get it to work. But we could possibly send it out of state for a more comprehensive approach; at your (great) expense." (Not like, "we tried XTZ and failed", or "Looks like the platen was damaged; sorry your files are gone for good"... No explaination of what they even tried aside from plugging it into their own computer. Which, I already told them it was unresponsive to normal use.) When I opted to pick it back up; it was still in the packaging I had dropped it off in. No notes or anything on what approach/methods they even tried, if any. They only charged me the deposit. But... All in all I kind of get the impression they didn't really do anything, and were more inclined to suggest sending it offsite for a much larger fee. (This is just a hunch I have; there's no way to know for certain.) They were nice. But ultimately; they were completely unhelpful. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a small zipper bag from them that showed in-stock on their website and paid via PayPal. The item was approximately $30 + $6 shipping. A few days later, I get an email from PayPal stating that I was issued a refund but the refund was only for the item cost but not the $6 shipping. No explanation was given. Zero communication from Wires Computing. I politely asked why they were refunding me. Was the item not in stock? If not, why was I not refunded the shipping charge? I get an email back from them with a link to their FAQ and nothing else. The FAQ states some nonsense about PayPal doesn't refund processing fees so that may be the reason a customer doesn't receive a full refund for the amount paid, which is not true but nonetheless it was the shipping fee that wasn't refunded. I've done a lot of business with PayPal as a buyer and seller and they always refund fees if a transaction isn't completed and a refund is issued. At any rate, no explanation was given, just a link to their FAQ. I respond and tell them that I am going to file a dispute with PayPal and leave a negative review of their company and I get a condescending email back saying they already refunded me the full amount, reiterating the nonsense about PayPal retaining a processing fee. I check my PayPal account and they did finally refund me the shipping charge but only AFTER I threatened to file a dispute and leave a bad review. How may other people have they done this to? If I didn't complain, I'd be out the shipping charge for an item they never shipped. Believe the other reviews and don't do business with this company. read more

I came here with my friends Alexis, and Ashtyn. Pay attention to all other negative reviews. The owner was extremely condescending, and unprofessional to all three of us, hence why we've all decided to review. Before dropping off her laptop, Alexis had one that was functional, but overheating. By the end of it, she had a computer with a damaged motherboard that's non-functioning, which she then had to pay $45 for. The guy "made an offer" to buy it when we came to pick it up... by forcing her to say a number first, which she refused. He talked down to us the entire business dealing, so when he did this, it seemed like he was trying to rip her off and hide his mistake at the same time. Now that she's left her review, he's tried calling her several times, without leaving a message, and even switching numbers (see photos) as if he's trying to trick her into picking up. Regardless of why, it's extremely unprofessional behavior; unfortunately, it comes as no surprise based on how he deals with customers in person, and in other reviews. Edit/Response: Is it fair that 3 friends who all dealt with a rude & condescending business owner felt the need to separately review in order to sufficiently warn others? Yes. It's not like we weren't there at all. If you wanted to make it right, you should've when she was still an active customer, not waited until we reviewed. Regardless of fault, dealing with your company has been extremely unpleasant for all three of us, and our reviews reflect that. read more

I have to say, as a business man myself, although retired, I was very very disappointed in this business today!! 5-20-21, I road my motorcycle in extremely hot weather all the way from Richford Vt to Burlington Vt, because a while ago I paid for my screen on my iPhone to be replaced and that day they did not have the right colored home button, so the owner himself was helping me, he setup a virtual home button that floats on your screen to help you be able to use your phone while waiting to finish repair once the parts comes in, well with the pandemic and all the places unable to be open I didn't get back down there to have the job finished as soon as I had hoped for, although I already paid for it, the owner was a real dork and wouldn't even come out of the back room to talk to me, and it hadn't been that long really a month or two when I was there, and he helped me, charged me, took my money, I think the owner is young and immature and has no consideration for people, especially older people, he has no respect for the customer, this is not!! The way a genuine good business is ran. He barley deserves one star, I give him that because he does know what he's doing, he just has it all wrong. I do not recommend this place. !!! read more

Two and a half weeks for a Macbook Pro battery replacement. Poor communications, they apparently are unable to pick up the phone and make a phone call. The guy who was behind the desk when I dropped it off seemed bored and grumpy, and was also that way on the phone when I called before and during the repair. They kept telling me it would be a few days and then took much longer. If I had known it would be this long I would have just done it myself. Overall horrible experience. Brought my phone in to get the screen fixed and to get a new screen protector, the next day had to bring it back because the pressure sensor problem persisting, they assured me everything was fine and installed properly. Day after that the whole face of my phone fell out and cracked again. Now it's finally fixed and installed properly. Thank god they fixed their mistake, but then put the put the same cracked screen protector back on? So my brand new 50$ screen protector is cracked and already peeling off the corner they took it off from to fix their problem. Place is a wreck. read more

I brought my iPhone 6s (I know, old phone) in for a screen fix a couple months ago. Got it back and the backlight was bleeding through the screen, which was not an issue before the fix. I brought this up with the owner and he said it was just the wallpaper. When I pointed out that it was happening on every screen, not just on the homepage, he said "this was a good fix, the backlight can start to bleed when the battery swells on older phones." Maybe true but this wasn't happening before I brought the phone in. He didn't offer to repair the issue, just blamed it on other factors. Additionally, the volume on the speaker during phone calls is now much lower than when I brought it in before the fix. I might have reconsidered this review if Jordan had been more open to the possibility that he had made a mistake but it was clear that he didn't want to take responsibility and I wasn't about to fight that battle. Would not recommend. Edit: Jordan, I appreciate that you take the time to reply to reviews here (mine included), although I've noticed that when the reviews are positive you use words like "honest" to describe them, whereas you describe negative reviews using words like "spiteful" (like in this case). You may think this makes your business look more legitimate by discrediting negative reviews. This practice, though, is one of the things that turns me off from wanting to revisit your business. You may perform an excellent service 99 times out of 100 but I believe that many customers, myself included, will judge your business based on how you handle the one that doesn't go as planned. It would have been great to know that my battery could have been fixed for an extra $30 but you did not mention this at the time of the sale. You instead told me that it was a good fix and the light bleed was just part of my wallpaper. I am no longer local but even if I were, I would still take this issue elsewhere in search of someone who is more courteous to customers. Additionally, as far as I know there is no statute of limitations on a business review and I certainly don't think 2 months is an unreasonable amount of time to take to speak on a bad experience. I went back and forth deciding whether or not a review was worth the trouble but after reading others' experiences, I decided it would be helpful for folks to hear mine as well, which is why I ultimately decided to leave this review. I'm going to leave my rating as is but I have edited out a couple remarks including "amateur hour" as I realize that they were unnecessary and more reflective of my personal experience than of your business as a whole. When I phoned to make an appointment I was told the battery replacement in my iPhone X was going to be $50 and take 15 minutes. I brought in my phone, waited a very reasonable amount of time to have the battery replaced and then was presented with a $100 charge. The person checking out the payment asked if I had told the person I spoke with on the phone that it was iPhone X: I had. Then he said the $50 was for an older phone and that the newer ones were $100 and there was nothing they could do. I paid the bill and noted to the individual that this didn't look good for their business. This review is to caution people to VERIFY THE PRICE before committing to having the work done. It could have been an innocent error on the phone conversation, but I wound up paying twice what I expected. I didn't look for an alternate shop to fix the phone because I thought the price was $50. Unfortunately a very unpleasant experience tonight. Read other negative reviews carefully. I dropped and cracked my iphone X screen last week and on Saturday it started calling 911 and locked up. I went into Wires because I had heard good things and asked about getting a new screen to fix it. The said it would be $15 to open and unlock it, or $200 to replace the screen and they have to open it anyway so not extra $15 charge. I said, let's just go ahead and replace the screen. He went out back, opened it and unlocked it (Great), but said he didn't have the screen in stock but could order it. I asked about the $15 charge and was told, pay it now, and we will credit you back when you get the screen. Seemed fine. They ordered the screen, told me it would probably be Tuesday or Wednesday due to the Monday holiday. I got tracking emails, was notified when it came in, went in last night and waited while they installed the screen (Great again). They asked if I wanted a screen protector, I said yes, and that was installed as well. It came out, was turned on and was not cracked, seemed good. I asked if it was still waterproof, was sternly told "don't use the term waterproof, they aren't waterproof". I said, OK, "Water resistant, the way it was" The owner comes out of the back and says,"how old is that phone?" I said, "about a year", and he quickly responded "well it wasn't waterproof anyway by now!". This was odd, all I was looking for is a simple "yes" or a "no, we can't guarantee that after a replacement". The charges now when I went to check out were $225.99 for the screen replacement (not $200 as quoted, but I didn't have it in writing so I thought "whatever, at least they fixed it quickly) and $25.99 for the screen protector. I asked about the $15 from the previous day, and after some back and forth, they gave me $20 off the screen protector. Anyway I was in a hurry to get home, so went out and didn't use phone until I got there. At home I noticed the screen protector was pealing up along both sides, and seemed a little too large (extended over the curved face of the screen). I called back and the person on the phone said "no problem, come back in and we will replace it". Seemed fine, until I went back tonight (the next day). Gave it to the guy at the counter, he went out back, and came back to tell me "he doesn't want to change it". I was surprised as the night before I was simply told to return and have it done, no biggie. I expressed this and he took it back, came out, and said "OK, he was eating, but he's washing his hands so he will really take a look at it now". Shortly he came out and started saying, "I'm not replacing that, their is nothing wrong with it." I pointed it out, he denied seeing it, and I showed him again, and he said, "that's off to the side, looks like there is some dust under it, I think you did that when you put it in your pocket, etc." He even started saying "it doesn't affect the function of the phone". I said it's only a day old, and peeling up, I would like it replaced. He refused, became increasingly agitated so I asked him not to replace it but to refund my money and I would go get one somewhere else. He didn't want to do this, and said "I'll give you another screen protector and you can go install it yourself". I thought, "OK, he agitated, probably best to take it and leave". He gives me one, and when I place it on top of my phone to check it's size it is too long. He claims it isn't even as I show him twice that it is extending over my case. He then agrees and yells to guy in back, "this is for an XR (not sure what that is, but I guess it's larger than mine), do we have anymore, I didn't see any?" Answer from the back, "No". He says he will have more Saturday. I ask if he can text/call me when they come in, he says "It's best if you just stop in". I state that is not convenient for me, and he won't notify me and says I should come in Tuesday. This may seem trivial, but his pattern (as you will see from other reviews-and most likely how he will respond to this-let's see) is apparently to do work, usually decent but not consistently, and if anything goes wrong try to blame the customer rather than make things right. This was a $15 issue on a $250 repair bill, and now I am not interested in returning as a result of the way I was treated. I suspect he more commonly bullies high school/college students who may not feel empowered to call him on this behavior, or feel trapped because he is the closest repair shop to the UVM and they may not have a car. If you do go here, get quotes in writing because they seem to be fluid. Too bad, I like to support local businesses as much as I can, but this one I would recommend avoiding if you have other options and want a place that will stand behind their work. I brought my laptop in for an overheating issue, which is common for gaming laptops. They said it would take 3-5 days to fix. After 5 days had passed and I hadn't heard anything, I decided to call and check in, since I needed my laptop for school. The owner (I assume) told me that they had run diagnostics and put thermal paste on the CPU and GPU and now my computer wouldn't boot into windows. Which I found weird because it never had that issue before I gave it to them. They then went into a spiel about what could have caused the issue, the manufacturer being the main one. I found this excuse very unlikely since my laptop was working fine before. They said they wanted to attempt to repair my drive and asked if I wanted to back up my data. I asked if they would charge me and they quoted me a number, which is obviously ridiculous because they most likely caused the problem. I declined because I had already backed up most of my important data beforehand and I didn't want to pay extra. I then gave the go ahead for them to repair the drive and hung up soon after. Fast forward to the next day, I decided it would be best to take my laptop elsewhere since it was clear that they weren't going to take responsibility for it, plus they wanted to charge me more money?? I get to the shop (regrettably not calling before) to get my laptop back to which they said they couldn't give it back because "they were too busy to put it back together immediately." I asked to see it anyways and after some resistance they agreed. After they brought it out, they started rambling on about what the issue could be, which was of course, anything but them!! And they even said the words "I would never INTENTIONALLY damage a device" Obviously, a repair company would never intentionally damage someone's property, but accidents happen! I could barely even get a sentence in because they kept rambling on and on about everything they had tried to fix it. It was a very unpleasant experience. I believe that they tried everything to fix it, but at this point they should have been offering to replace it or an alternative. At the end of the conversation, there was some back and fourth about when I could get my laptop back (broken), I said two days from the current day was fine and the owner (again assuming) countered with tomorrow and then walked away. The next day, I again drove to their shop to get my laptop back (again regrettably not calling beforehand) and was met with hostility from the owner. There was another worker who was communicating to the owner who was in the back and my friend and I waited at the register while the owner yelled and argued with the worker about how they didn't want to assemble my laptop that day. It was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I have ever encountered at a business. After their argument, the owner came out, and after some back and fourth agreed to assemble my laptop that day. They then charged me $45 for "diagnostics." At the end of the day, it's unclear what could have caused my laptop to stop working, but it broke in their hands and it's a company's responsibility to handle it. I came to Wires Computing because of the reviews they got on Yelp. I had a custom built PC that had numerous blue screen errors that I couldn't fix, so I brought it to them for help. They were very kind and constructive when I brought my PC in. They thought they fixed the problem after a few days, I had a bad stick of RAM. I bring my computer home, turn it on, and within seconds I get another blue screen. So I bring it back, hear nothing from them for a week or so, they call to tell me they're still working on it. That's fine. Then two weeks go by without any information or contact. I get an email that it's fixed. I had a bad CPU too. I bring it home, lo and behold, blue screen shortly after turning it on. I am refusing to bring it in a third time just so they can get a couple hundred more dollars from me, only to have the same problem keep happening. Their repair methods are clearly not thorough when it comes to PC repairs. Sometimes I doubt they did anything at all to test or fix it. How can they miss the problems I'm having when they happen within minutes of me turning my computer on with literally nothing but windows installed? Overall, their customer service and interactions are all right. They are very informative and at least act like they want to help. I came to them at a bad time when they were understaffed and going through a remodel or something, and they were still very kind. As for their actual servicing, I feel as if they scammed me. They didn't even return the "bad" part I supposedly had. Apparently, and they won't tell you this, but you have to explicitly state you want the broken part back or else they'll "recycle" it. I brought my computer there to be fixed. Twice. And neither time was it actually fixed. Additionally, there were a few screws they somehow lost inside my computer, and they were literally bouncing around against the hardware as I brought it back. This tells me that they are both careless and they really don't care about customers enough to put their computers back together the way they are supposed to be. Under no circumstances should there be a screw literally bouncing around INSIDE a GPU. I'm very disappointed in the service I got for the money I spent. I have the same problems I've had since I built my computer even after bringing it to them twice. I would not go to them for PC repair ever again read more

I made a mistake in looking at the times open and arrived when they were closed, but the door was open. When I entered, I was greeted with "We're closed, come back after 3:00. It clearly states that on the website." I felt he was very rude and did not have people skills. And my phone again was in working condition before i took it in, came out of this place with a glitching phone with the back not even on tightly. Loose parts in the phone, etc. As some other customers have had the same issue. Notice the owner who will not take responsibility for the actual problem. Nor apologizing. other than a sarcastic response. Long story short, it's always the customers fault in each of his responses to the customers who had a negative comment. If you want your phone fixed, DONT go to Wires Computing. Your phone will not be in working condition as in glitching, volume button not in place correctly, face plate not even place on correctly. Word of advice to the owner: learn how to take feedback and learn from it & be better. Rather than placing blame on the customer. you dancing around the truth, that you guys have made mistakes and tried to cover up your own butt for when customers have made it clear that made a valid request or complaint. read more

Don't send your devices to this company. I sent my device in a functioning state, with, what I thought was a usb port issue. They stated that it was not the usb port as the ipad was still stuck in recovery mode (indicating that it still powered on). My device was then returned to me with the screen off, the home button not on all the way, and the device not powering on and not charging. All this, after they wrote me to say that they thought they could keep it because they couldn't get it to work, after I had paid them the diagnostic fee and fee to ship it back. Now I am left unable to send it to get a second opinion or repair because they sent it back in a less functioning state than when I sent it. I believe they don't know what they are doing and they cash-in on that. In the end it was a loss in every way, shape, and form. And when I wrote them to complain, they dodged it by saying that no one else would have been able to do anything about it. Of course, this is true with the way they sent my device back, and concluded by saying that they will no reply back to any other inquiry regarding my issues and concerns. Worst customer service and tech service EVER! reply: A few things here....a device being irreparable is not an excuse to send a device back the way you sent it back. Had you explained the issue as you did once you received the yelp review, or if you had let me know the state in which I would receive the iPad, then I would have most likely told you to keep it and not paid the diagnostics fee. But because you did not, I paid you and I figured I could get a second opinion elsewhere. But I cannot do so since the device is basically taken apart, so I won't. It's a moot point to say that the device was already not working, because you fail to accept that at least it powered on and charged when I sent it to you, despite the initial error/issue for which I sent it to you. Lastly, speaking on "misleading"........."Give us a call we fix em' all" is what's misleading. read more

This place is great. I had gone to a different shop to fix a screen problem on my IPhone; unfortunately the problem wasn't with the screen itself and they didn't have the ability to do the necessary work on the motherboard. They kindly directed me to Wires as being the only place around that does. When I got to the shop, the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed, and the problem areas were shown to me and explained, which I really appreciated. The work itself was done in record time; even though they were busy, when I told them I don't live close by and wouldn't be able to get back for a couple days, they made time to fit me in. I asked them to check my battery also (my phone had been draining so quickly) and that turned out to be a dud too; they gave me a deal on both fixes. I will never go back and urge you not to go if you are thinking about using them to fix a device. I had a MacBook in and they fixed it in a day and I thought to myself "great!". However the next day, after about an hour of using my fixed computer it stopped working again, the same problem I had before. I took it back in the next day and the owner refused to work on it, even though they said I had a 2 month warrantee on it. So I paid $65 for my laptop to work for only 1 hour. The owner talked down to me and was very dismissive saying "I don't have time to help you". The only bright side of this place was the guy at the front desk who was extremely kind and helpful. read more

I bought a new screen for my 8+ from here for 180$ no problems till it fell a foot from the ground and the screen flew off with a very small screen fracture, because of this tiny fracture they said there was nothing they could do and they would replace it for another 180$. I came in to get my screen repaired and upon getting it back opened it to find that the key board did not work. I brought it back to have them check it out and was told it was "not their problem" and that I must have broken it myself even though it had not been used except to open it and find that the internal digitizer was broken (which they initially tried to say was like that when I brought it in and then changed their story). Because I believed them to be trustworthy I did not bring it back right away and that was essentially used against me. Make sure to check their "repair" as I can say that being accused of lying to get a refund or have my phone repaired without having to pay again was an exceptionally unpleasant experience. Incredible service. Track pad on my MacBook broke and every other repair shop in town was asking for an intake fee ($60-$99) just to "diagnose" the issue prior to the repair which would add an additional cost for parts and labor. I called this shop and told them the issue and they were able to put in a brand new track pad in front of me for $45 flat. Good, honest work. read more

I was displeased with 1.) The customer service first and foremost and 2.) the quality of the repair. My iPhone has been out of commission for nearly 2 months because of the touch disease epidemic and after searching far and wide for a solution, I stumbled upon here and mailed my device in. First off, I created a ticket, described my problem and mailed it out. I even wrote on paper within the shipment the quoted price on the website because I've gotten duped before on things like this where the price increases after the labor. Once they received the device, I called them to confirm since USPS said it delivered and I was told my phone has "many problems" other than the one I was trying to get repaired. After asking, "problems like what?" He didn't say a single instance, just "a lot of problems" and he said he will do a bunch of extra services such as backup the phone and "other things". The next day, I receive an invoice and the price is $20 higher than the posted price. I was displeased and expressed how I even wrote on the note in the package that this was the quoted price. The manager said "no it's not, it's always been this price." I showed him the link and lo and behold, he was wrong. Didn't apologize, didn't admit he was wrong. He just said "Well, keep in mind I did do additional services on the device and I stayed till midnight working on this phone because it had so many problems. I can't charge any less than this"(the price quoted + $20) I offered to split the difference and just be done with it because I was annoyed. A few days later, I got my phone back and it seemed to be working well. After a few weeks, a new problem occurred, my phone would act as if the power button was pushed in and would lock frequently. Even when I pressed the home button, my phone would take screenshots. I made a new ticket since the site expressed a "60 day warranty"(also another reason I was drawn to this business) and I was hoping to have it looked at again. This is my exact response-"I got my phone repaired here, iPhone 6+ touch IC replacement/repair. My phone is operating but has other problems that haven't existed before the repair. My phone acts as if the sleep button is always pushed in and the phone prompts me to slide to power off. Also, sometimes when I press the home button, my screen takes screenshots, also simulating that the sleep button is pressed in. This hasn't happened with my phone before it got repaired from here. I am hoping that the 60 warranty from here will be able to fix the problem with my phone." The message I got back was "It is unlikely that this damage arose from the repair. These components are on completely different circuits, additionally over the time that we have been performing these repairs there has not been any issues related to the power button circuit. We can take a look at it if you wish, but I cannot guarantee there will not be any additional fees. After checking the notes for the previous repair I also remember this phone having many other issues not relating to the original repair and we resolved these issues without charging you anything additional so due keep this in mind." I left it alone for a little while after that because 1.)I didn't want to argue and 2.) if something else was wrong, I didn't want to be charged again. I didn't sent it back in but I was annoyed further by his response because yes I was additionally charged but I split the difference and responsibility isn't taken here. They completely disregarded the possibility that the damage arose from the repair. I didn't accuse them of being the reason my phone is acting up, I just stated that my phone didn't behave this way prior to the repair. At least talk about what it could possibly be with me instead of just dismissing it. To add insult to injury, my phone started displaying signs of touch disease again with the grey bars appearing as of January 4th. Now I've never been an ungrateful person, I do appreciate the fact that the manager stayed late to fix additional problems, it's just when asked "what else was wrong?" and the response I got back was "many things" and he didn't even list one thing specifically, it kind of threw up a red flag to me, like they wanted to charge more for additional labor that might not have existed. Overall, this was a HORRIFIC experience and my phone is again unresponsive and showing grey bars. read more

I have had several trips to Wires Computing for issues with family phones. On each occurrence they have been very professional and provided quality work. I found their prices to be fair and was in and out much faster than I had expected. On one occurrence I came in with 2 phones and each had trouble getting a good connection when trying to charge them. The quickly fixed them both for free! do not go here.. is all i have to say. because i trusted them, to fix my phone now apple won't even try to fix it since they opened my phone. so the first initial repair fine until i realized my phone was no longer working. i am very frustrated. they offered to fix my phone, for free after i already put a deposit down. and paid. after they messed up in the first place, then offered to re fix it. my phone definitely has something loose in the actual phone. i have a few friends who worked for apple prior, i showed them the emails back and fourth, and they made it seem as my phone glitching has nothing to do with anything the "did not touch" or "didn't work on" in other words denying they did anything to mess the phone up. i've had to go in more than a few times for them to fix my phone along with them getting snappy with me when i did drop my phone off because i didn't realized you needed a new ticket every time you drop your phone off, since my parents were dealing with most of the dropping off part sincework 13 -14 hour days. my phone worked perfectly fine prior to them opening it up. at this point, ALL of what i actually paid should have been MY money back. normally, i am not someone who would write negative review... but honestly all i wanted was for them to admit that they may have messed my phone up instead of trying to convince me they did nothing wrong. i also, do not have the time to keep dropping my phone off every other day for them to keep screwing my phone up. those who are asking if it, is worth not going through apple. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. go through apple. AND their reply proves my point. i also did try all your "solutions" which did nothing. so instead of understanding they were in the wrong they attacked my other reviews. ‍ y'all rip people off for a living. so maybe y'all should learn how to take some criticism. read more

Very neat and clean place and superb service. I brought in an iPad with a charging port issue just to get an opinion on what may be wrong. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes with a fully fixed iPad at a very reasonable price. I never expected it to be fIxed on the spot.
