****I do not advise doing any business here ****…read more I had a new screen put on my iPhone to replace a smashed one that still operated fine. I paid $90. At first it worked, then in a few weeks the screen digitized and it would not respond to touch anymore. After that the screen just went black. I could tell the phone still worked because it made a noise when I plugged it in. I stopped by the mall and spoke with Emil, the man who did the original work and he said to bring it in and he would take care of it. He was not there when I came today so I told the girl exactly what had happened, and left the iPhone to be fixed. Emil called me and said that the screen didn't work and asked me what I wanted him to do. I said to fix it so that it worked. When I came to pick it up he wanted to charge me another $90 for changing the screen again. I said that was ridiculous and that obviously the first screen was faulty and he should stand by his work. He dropped the price to $50. He argued with me that I had waited too long to come in (about two months had passed). $50 is still a lot of money for something I already paid $90 for. I offered him $30 (even though I didn't think I should owe him anything) and I debated with him for a good 15 minutes at his kiosk in the mall. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and couldn't argue anymore so I told him that I would pay him the $50 but I would also write up a review of his behavior and his business practices. We discovered the glitch (on…read moremy end) as to why he didnt receive my texts...Highly recommend him..........Despite my many attempts to get him to come back my computer is still held together by tape. Yes tape on the monitor. Even though I paid him for the "new adhesive" he would need to glue it back together and I had confidence he knew what he was talking about and changed the harddrive and left his device here he was in such a hurry to depart. Promising to get that device when he came back with the adhesive He cancelled before memorial day saying their was a family emergency and I texted weekly twice to see when he would come back and finish and collect his device but he has never once been considerate enough to reply to a text.. dont waste your time. He is knowledgable but has no follow through and you mind end up with a computer held together by tape._
