I stop by, make my return in the very clean Mens room and go on my way. Don't worry, I make a purchase. I feel it is the least I can do, since I used their facilities. I typically grab another cold drink, or a package of my favorite candy, M&M's. My recent visit gave me a shock. I saw a cabinet with liquor and bottles of wine. Is something new, or have I just not noticed it in my regular QT's? If it is a new offering, I am sure they'll have a buyer for it, not matter the price. The staff is always friendly and make my stopping by a pleasant experience.

It's clean and attractive. The pump worked great and no issues with my credit card. The wash was dirty however, towels were empty in some and present in others. The squeegee's most likely need to be replaced as well with lots of use. On one visit trash was overflowing, but others it was fine. On another visit an employee was emptying trash I did go inside on a recent and service and as very friendly. The brightest spot was the men's room which was fresh, clean and new. Everything worked and trash was maintained. Proper supply of toilet paper was present. I'm sure I will be back. 4.5 rounding down with pump wash issue and trash.

While the 24 hour (with access to building) convenient ability of buying sandwiches, salads, chips, drinks, ice cream, gum and cereal sounds great... I was trying to use my fleet card at the pump but the pump was refusing to read it. This happens…read moreevery now and then so I went inside and tried to pay there and the numb skull behind the counter had the nerve to tell me that my card was declined. I said that's not possible it didn't even prompt me for an odometer reading or driver number but he insisted that in front of a bunch of people in line at that. When I went back out to the pump my card worked just fine. It would be nice if he would not say stuff that's humiliating and inaccurate in front of everybody and told me to call my company. Thankfully I'm used to this kind of nonsense and I figured it out on my own.

They have been shootings here. Before they rearranged the store, I've watched kids run out the door with handfuls of chips and whatever else they could grab. They have security now, but I don't know how much good it does. The coffee and soda stations are often a mess and not stocked well. To be fair, the place is always hopping and doesn't seem to have enough employees to keep the area clean. I will say the bathrooms are pretty well maintained, and the shelves are usually stocked. It's just a rough part of town, unfortunately. If you're a big QT fan, I suggest the Chouteau and Jefferson location, which is better.
