He was both empathetic about my situation and extremely diligent in his work. He made multiple visits to the property and kept me informed throughout the process with clear, timely text updates. Each time he visited, he sent me time-stamped photos of the property and provided videos documenting the situation before, during, and after the delivery of the legal documents. This level of documentation gave me great confidence that everything was handled properly. When he served the documents, he remained calm, professional, and firm during the interaction.
