I received almost no email updates, and despite them saying they attempted service multiple times, only one attempt was ever documented or communicated to me. When I pointed out the delay and lack of updates, instead of working with me or taking accountability, I was told to "just get a new court date" -- even though their delay was the reason I was running out of time. I tried to be reasonable and asked if they could help me meet my deadline, but they refused to make even a small accommodation.
