Was my Mom's first pil change experience, and she was impressed with their knowledge, expert customer service and professional courtesy! A few other things needed to be addressed based on the safety / courtesy inspection, and it was convenient for me to get a coolant flush and wiper change done here. Johnny was knowledgeable and explained the expected timecourse for when things needed to be replaced as well as answer my questions. Also gave updates throughout the oil change anf repairs. As Mom puts it, "we are happy campers."

I suspected some kind of oil spill when Libby came out from under the car with oil all over the front of her. Other than poor Libby getting covered with oil there was no harm no foul. Aside from a slight smell of fresh oil my garage floor is dry of oil today. So if there was a spill the cleanup was sufficient. They all did an excellent job. Take 5 is a bit pricier than dealers. But it's all in what you want. As for myself it's all about the convenience. 15-20 minutes in and out, not even getting out of car for service. It beats making appointments and having to leave the car for a day at the dealer and getting rides to and from the pick it up.
