This place is sooooooo popular, and I can see why, so there were no menus. I needed 1 because it was a hot day, n my mother refused to leave her dog in the van alone, n traveled all the way up from Delaware. So, how could she order anything? I was trying to figure out what to do, when all the employees told me they all loved dogs, and my mother is highly attrached to her emotional support doggie. So many employees came over to greet us, the dog, and so on. They all had stories about why they loved working there, and all the various nuances & details of how they make the foods by hand, and their role in the community. This was incredible! We ordered take out. Got a large order of homemade chicken fingers and a large broccoli chicken alfredo pizza. We paid extra to have extra ranch and honey mustard. When the delivery arrived, it was only the chicken fingers and ranch. No pizza and no honey mustard. . The delivery driver said he would be right back and apologized. We called the establishment and asked if they could re make the pizza so it wouldn't be cold sitting there that whole time. They said yes. They refused to remake the chicken tenders unless we paid for another order. I had asked because one of our girls wouldn't eat them without honey mustard so waiting so long I would have hoped that they would have even offered to remake them. Nope. They wanted the money. When the pizza came here, it was lukewarm at best. So very doubtful they remade anything. I am very disappointed especially since we gave them a chance to rectify the situation. read more

They have a crispy-crunchy, breadcrumb-like, addictive coating on them that any dipping sauce can easily adhere to. I got my favorite, the honey mustard, which also tasted homemade, delicious and addicting. The portion size is huge. A small order can easily be split between two people. My husband loves their chicken parm sub with the fresh mozzarella. He thinks it's one of the best chicken parm subs he's ever had and the fresh mozzarella makes all the difference. We visited yesterday and ordered pizza, eggplant sub and a Middle Eastern type vegetarian roll up sandwich. All were excellent. Pizza was light and the sauce was very nice. Eggplant sub was the best we ever had, real eggplant, well cooked and lightly breaded with a very nice tomato sauce on a fresh toasted roll. The vegetarian roll up was very substantial and was full of good things, including feta cheese, humus, black olives and more. Place was well heated. Staff were very friendly and warm. Tables and seating are bolted to the floor so if you are a big person you will not be able to sit. Otherwise, this place is great and we will definitely return read more

We ordered two subs and a pizza at 6:37. We didn't receive our food at all. We called an cancelled our food at 8:05 pm. Very unsatisfactory with the wait. But that's not where this ends. Someone proceeded to call us back and then be rude to us on the phone. We are understanding people and understand the times are tough. However an hour and a half wait is unacceptable. But to top this off when we tried to cancel out order someone called us back and was rude to us on the phone and even called us back. I don't know what business operates this way but they then told we don't need your business. So we don't need them neither should you. Is the owner reads this you should be very disappointed in the service your company provides. We will not be returning and you shouldn't order from here either. I hope they read this and upgrade there policy. Edit to reply to the owner: First off if you say the service would be an hour then your around 30 minutes past that time that is still considered late. When we call and ask where our food is supposed no one could tell us where it was. And you forgot to say that was our second time asking where our food was and when trying to cancel our order you wouldn't let us cancel. When you were trying to give us excuses saying we can't cancel the order that's when we told them off. You were deny us access of a refund of a product we didn't receive and we were not having any excuses. read more

Updated to say this: I guess it really depends on what you order. While the disappointment of my last chicken salad sub sticks with me, hunger and the lack of motivation to cook dinner prevailed last night and we ordered from Gustos. I went with the chicken, broccoli Alfredo and my husband a wrap. This was my first time ordering a pasta dish from Gustos but #pregnancycraving. I was really impressed by this dish! It was flavorful, albeit a bit meager given the $9.25 price tag. There wasn't a lot of broccoli but the broccoli to chicken ratio was in favor of the chicken so I can appreciate that. The bites of broccoli I did get were great, the size of the chunks was perfect and they were caramelized so they added some nice depth of flavor. My husband didn't specifically comment about his wrap but only ate half (which means that he was full) and that certainly does speak to the size of the wraps (always pretty generous.) We ordered some onion rings as well and the 2 I tried were perfectly crispy and tasted good, not oily and the coating stayed on after I took a bite. I hope to bump this review up a star someday soon. Maybe I'll even put myself out there and give them another stab at the chicken salad sandwich... we will see. read more

Then last week I met this cashier at CVS who is a longtime Weymouth native and swore to me that Gusto's was where it was all at for pizza. It's good, but it's not what I would consider exceptional. FYI, I ordered this as take-out, but I also ordered from Denlys several days earlier to compare. Denlys wins. However, after going back and reading some of the reviews again, I'm willing to change my rating of this place when I get around to trying their chicken parm dinner. Jack M wrote a review that I couldn't agree with more in terms of how cruddy the chicken used for the chicken parm is at other places. So, it's somewhere in my future. The chicken finger dinner is also a distinct possibility. But as far as the pizza is concerned, it's good, just not great. read more

Gusto is my low key splurge on a Friday night or anytime I need a lift. I always get a pizza with olives, mushrooms, and sausage. Crust is medium thickness and a really special crispy texture and plenty of toppings too. They can be really busy and hard to reach some nights but the staff are unfailingly kind. read more

Based on the reviews, I wanted to love Gusto's more than I did. First off, for delivery...they get 5 effin' stars because I called at 6:49 PM (I checked my call log) and the guy was knockin' on the door at 7:08 PM. I could not believe how FAST it was. So awesome. That said, I just wasn't that impressed with the pizza. It was tasty, don't get me wrong, but I didn't love the crust. It just lacked flavor and it was kind of spongy. I don't know how to describe it, but there just wasn't enough crunch in the crust. I am also a big fan of eating the crispy crust - I don't waste pizza - but in this case, I didn't bother because it just wasn't satisfying. The cheese and the toppings on JT's Hawaiian pizza were very fresh and tasty. But again, just something about the crust itself just didn't hit the spot. We also ordered mozzarella sticks (JT was a big fan) and the jalapeno poppers (filled with that nacho cheese kind of stuff - not a creamy filling made with cream cheese) so I wasn't a fan. I wouldn't order them again. Considering how fast they were to deliver, I will definitely give them a second chance and try maybe some subs or a calzone and see how I enjoy those. read more

Glad i found this place on yelp. They make top-quality Calzones. I ordered the Buffalo chicken calzone and was top notch. Definitely would try out their other items on menu. I could see this place more as a take-out. The service is pretty quick, food is reasonably priced, quality is great and staff is very friendly.
