Take out only spot. Fairly quick service for pizza. They have personal size pizzas that come between two large paper plates in a bag, if I hadn't been waiting for them to be done I think the pizzas would have been cold by the time I got home. The gold fever chicken pizza was absolutely delicious. The Canadian bacon they use with the Hawaiian was a little thicker than I'm used to, and one of the pizzas was kind of burnt. That being said, overall the pizzas weren't that bad and I wouldn't be mad about ordering again. read more

So sorry to say, but the last 2 times the pizza wasnt good I figured the first time it was a one-off, went back last night Got 3 pizzas. Two pizzas had chicken - it tasted like it was old/in the fridge for some time One of them GF pizza - when you take it out of the bag is like a soupy mess. The toppings slide off and it's really really soggy Had to reassemble and bake it for 15 mins to make it somewhat edible. Had 2 slices, threw out the rest. It was SOOO good the first 3 times we had it. After the last 2 experiences, I'll go elsewhere. read more

Grew up on the south shore and had moved to central Mass in 2004. No one can do bar pizzas like the south shore and this place shines! Great staff and great pizza. No indoor eating. Strictly takeout. I'm always in search of new, great pizza. I'm pretty particular. First of all, I get tired of the same old places around me. Second, I'm an Italian from the New Haven area and am genetically predisposed to being obsessed with good pizza. So, I did a little research and hit on Bosss Bah Pizza, which had good reviews. It was a nice day, so I drove there to try it out. I ordered a sausage, onion and mushroom pizza and a jalapeno popper pizza. The sausage was just right. Not too spicy, not too bland. The Jalapeno popper was a great surprise. The jalapenos give it a good kick, but the bacon gives it a smooth landing. Sooo good. So the question is, why is this pizza so good? I agree it is the perfect combination of sauce and cheese. I will also say they use very fresh ingredients and are generous with them. I like my pizza well done, which they do automatically. But I still can't figure out what it is in particular that makes it so good. I guess I will need to keep going back to do more research. Well worth the trip. New to this place but had heard good things. Stopped by on a whim and chatted with the gentleman who may be the owner? He was friendly, as were the 2 others prepping crusts, answered my dozen questions. Convenient pick up spot right in front. Tried 2 pizzas, pepperoni and steak bomb (minus mushrooms). Oh my! Tons of toppings great flavor and heard them customizing others orders with crispier crusts and taking toppings off or adding as asked. Friendly and will definitely be back! This was excallent! I am conflicted. I haven't had bar pizza in a thousand years. I had the opportunity to treat my family to this memory that was more nostalgic for the time than it was for the taste. My memory was something more like matzah with ragu burned top and bottom that did the trick once you were on your 3rd bottle. This pizza was great! So good it was a little disappointing. How are my kids going to believe that I walked 3 miles uphill each way to school in the snow if this pizza if told them about was actually excellent? read more

Ehhhh, not impressed. I know I love a pizza when I can't stop eating it, even if I'm full. Usually I can eat a whole bar pizza (when it's good) but after 3 or 4 slices of this pizza, I was done. It just didn't have those flavors that usually keep me coming back for more. I'm giving 2 stars for it being pizza, because I love pizza. Great bar pizza. It is a takeout place and all staff are very friendly. We got three pizzas: house special, cheeseburger, and Carolina gold chicken. Every pizza was amazing. House special had salami on it -not very common for pizza, and it was delicious. Cheeseburger pizza had pieces of pickles on it - it tasted delicious for a pickle lover like myself, tangy and the pickles balanced out the flavor of the meat. Carolina gold chicken was a pleasant surprise and hit for the night. Instead of the typical tomato sauce as base, the sauce is a combination of mustard and bbq sauce. I could smell the mustard in the car while driving home. This is definitely high-end and quality mustard and satisfied the mustard lovers like us. I highly recommend the pizza here, the taste is great and each flavor is a very creative combination of sauce and toppings. read more

Very good for the price and very friendly service. My only complaint is the pizza is a little greasy and I could only eat a few pieces. The flavor was very good, though, and the dough was somewhat sweet yet crispy and cheesy. Also the pizzas are all pretty small, and there's only one size option, and I'd probably equate the size to in between a dominos small and medium. read more

I'm not sure why people think they are getting a handmade pizza for $13 for a family, based on some of the reviews. Their choices are great, and the pizzas are delicious. Quality bar pies to go. Stopped in by chance and picked up a cheese and pepperoni. The Cheese was delicious, crispy and cheesy. The pepperoni was a bit of a grease bomb but was tasty and reheated in the toaster oven extremely well. Both had great crispy cheese lacing along the edges. My partner and I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, w blue cheese on the side, and BBQ chicken pizza - TASTE: 4/5 - the buffalo chicken was our favorite, especially w a nice dollop of blue cheese! I thought the BBQ chicken would be a little tangier, but it did have a solid sweet undertone TEXTURE: 5/5 - this bar style pizza is one of my favorites. I like the thin, crisp dough, and the fact that the toppings extend to the crust. Ordered a pizza 2 topping $13.85. I was late picking it up and it was still lovely and warm. Tasted so good. Crust was between thick and thin and sauce didn't taste like chemicals from a jar. If we're comparing south shore bar pizzas it's close to Lynnwoods but a little more cheese. Also tastes like there might be cheddar in the blend but it could just be standing out more since there is more to taste. Overall worth it, be cool if they can add the baked bean pizza to the list!
