I'm so relieved to see that I'm not alone in my opinions. I've been dealing with Keystone for the…read morelast 20 years. My first encounter was the result of debilitating back pain that caused me to lay across my desk at work in tears. He told me that I had a pulled muscle, despite the fact that the condition had existed for nearly a year. His EXACT words were "Suck it up"!!! Turns out that I have Scoliosis. And he still works there. More recently, I started seeing a woman at Behavioral Health I believed to be a psychiatrist, when in fact, she was a Nurse Practitioner. After several extremely negative experiences with those folks, I'll NEVER do it again. I've been involved with the mental health system since I was 20, and I worked in the field for ten years; I'm now 65. I've been prescribed life-sustaining meds since I was 35, without side-effects. This person refused to refill them for reasons that I knew were ridiculous, but I tried to work with her. I suffered intense withdrawal and became nearly catatonic as a result, at which point I changed providers. I have severe PTSD and went on their waiting list for nearly six months. I was very lucky to get a specialist who was wonderful! I saw her twice, and she quit. Never once was I seen less than 20 minutes late and often rescheduled because my time is just as valuable as theirs; HOWEVER, I arrived five minutes early and was berated by the receptionist for being late after I stood in line for ten minutes. Most of the providers that I've seen have been condescending, rude and insulting. I've NEVER used illegal drugs in my life, nor have I ever abused prescription meds. Regardless, after I fractured my spine, the pain was out of this world. I was denied pain killers because Opioids have become the drug du jour. I now have a dual-disability due to my back injury and PTSD. My only insurance is Medicare, which is pathetic, and I can't help but think my treatment (and that of others) is based on the fact that I don't have private insurance. I feel much better now!

I have personally never had a problem with them ever but I have heard other people have. I went in…read moretoday for an appointment and they got me medicine and we scheduled a follow up to see how the medicine is working.

Summit Health Center (I'm talking about building 2) is great for many health care needs. For…read morewomen, Summit Women's Group is an all-female practice. Doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners...all female. You never have to worry that a man will walk into the door! You may have to wait a few minutes when you call one of these places, but they're so busy it's no wonder. Just be patient, they will get back to you. You can often leave a message with your number for them to call you back if you don't feel like holding. I've not used the pharmacy, but being in that building sure seems convenient. I've heard lots of good things about it, too. If you need labs or imaging, you can have that done on first floor towards the back of the building. Very convenient. They ask you to pre-register on the phone, so when you arrive, it's even faster. It can be nice to have so much in one building. Alleviates trying to figure out where to go. Doors are clearly marked as to what that office is. There is an info desk right as you walk into the building, although there isn't always someone there. They do have a map if you're unfamiliar with the building. It is a two-story building, and they've designed it to have plenty of room to walk. This is a clean facility, too. They keep after restrooms, there isn't trash overflowing, landscaping is neat and tidy. Says good things about the organizations. I've been going here for years, am very happy overall. Sure, there are quirks now and then, a few hassles, maybe, but that's anywhere. Summit provides quality, efficiency, and good service most of the time. Can't really complain overall.
