I was impressed with his attention to my issues and his gentle and competent manner. He urged that I follow up my visit with a specialist and explained the reasons that it was important for me to do this in a manner that I could understand. I highly recommend this facility for any emergency or when a family physician is not available. My husband had to go in this past weekend for a sinus infection. He was so impressed with the medical personnel who cared for him. She was professional and personable. He said, "She was just great! You can't do a better job that she did. That place is the best!"

He replaced a hip for me a year ago and will do my second hip soon. I have found him attentive, caring and conservative about surgery and treatment (i.e. he does not recommend surgery or treatment if it is not needed just to earn a buck, which is very important in a surgeon!) My incision healed well and quickly. He recommended all the physical therapy I needed, my pain management was good and I recovered well. He is on time for appointments. His office has always been competent. He is gentile and does a good job with cortisone injections. He is also good with smaller things. I had a badly infected finger and my PCP referred me to him. He saw me immediately and put me on IV antibiotics within the hour.

Ok i said i have all that info and his 2 sets if shot records on me atm. (Im wanting to get his 6month old shots done) ok we will fax them to have them mail us his records it should take about 2 weeks, youll have to wait untill we get it before you can make an actual appointment. I ask, mail it? why not have them fax it to you that would be so much faster. 'Its too expensive to do that' (2 sets of shots and a cold visit doesnt seem to me like lots of money.) I said bill my insurance or ill pay for it. (Im thinking ok ill spend like 20 bucks max) 'oh no, youll just have to keep calling us to see if its shown up yet or not.' I ask really?is this a joke. ' no its not a joke we dont fax requests for information to our office its too costly' I left saying ok i guess. I call about a week and a half later thinking to myself, when ive mailed things here its taken 3-4 days. It should be there by now. I call the office. ' no its not shown up yet, you should call and ask if they got our request or if theyve sent it.' I said, i dont need to know medical history to give shots. There is vaccine clinics i can go to instead. Plus they wont release that information to me any ways im not a drs office. She says to me oh then you might have to come fill out the request form then if its not here by next week. It never came, i made an appt for my son the next day in the shopping center a few miles away. They didnt care if his records didnt fax to them by his appt date. My shot records was good enough for them because his drs office info was all written in it.
