I bought a washer and dryer combo about a year ago. It's worked great, but yesterday it had an issue with the washer. I went to their business today and explained what it was doing, and within two minutes, they had it diagnosed without even bringing it to them and left with the part to repair it for $20. Came back home installed the part that they said. And they were right. Washer is back up and running for $20. I really appreciate their honesty and their parts . If I ever need any more appliances in the future, which I'm sure we all do I'm going to continue to use them. Thanks again. read more

But.....my aunt bought from them and wanted a matching set and made a deal with the guy to receive a discount or credit if she gave him her existing wash/dryer that worked fine. I've just purchased a side by side fridge. Was told it works with a water and ice maker. When it was delivered it was missing parts. The delivery guy said they would deliver the part the next day and install it. They did not do so, when I called and spoke to the owner he assured me by Monday or Tuesday I would have the part. That Wednesday came and spoke to him again, he then said the part wasn't found yet but that once they have it they would bring it or if not get me another side by side with a water and ice maker that I purchased. I've been calling almost every day and now they won't answer my calls. This place is a scam and a rip off. I bought three appliances from Gutierrez Appliances, the washer began having problems about a week after purchase. I knew what the issue was from previous repairs on other appliances. He dismissed me, and said it was fine; it wasn't. I then called a local used appliance place that I've done business with, they confirmed my original thought. I had to pay them $40 to fix an appliance that was still under warranty with Gutierrez. In addition they hooked up the house for the ice maker, and put the fridge back without even turning on the water. Moreover, one of my in-laws bought a washer from them that almost immediately stopped working, my relative had to fight with the guy to get him to fix it. read more

I bought a wash machine from Miguel at Gutierrez Appliance because Meno's was closed due to moving locations. A couple weeks later, the machine wouldn't spin. I was leaving town and they gave me a replacement washer. It worked well, until this week, when it flooded my house ( less than 2 months). It was on medium load. I called and was told that they would send someone out to look at it. It still works , but have to be home because l don't trust it not flooding again. So l talked to Jose, the nephew. He said he would come out and never heard from him. Called the next day at 1:00, 3:00 and 4:30 pm. I last talked to Jose at 4:30 pm, and he said he would grab his tools and would be out to my house. Never heard or have seen Jose again. It is really sad for people that are trying to support little local businesses and customer service is bad. It's like, "well, you bought a cheap washer, too bad, so sad, we got your money. Ha, ha, the joke is on you!" I would recommend Meno's appliance.
