Just down the street from me, I met with Doug and Denise, the owner/operators of the store. They immediately welcomed me in, sat me down with them and included me in the design process with complete transparency and coordination. Denise runs the office and communicates openly and often whether we are prepping for an appointment, or immediately following. I'd say the communication is excellent during the service too, but Doug works too fast to require it! Doug is a no-nonsense designer and installer; no smoke no mirrors but somehow the final product still exceeds expectations. I got to talking with Doug, and I was also pleased to learn his involvement with the local community as well; Doug and Denise are people who genuinely care. I recently dropped a Transit van on them last minute andsomehow,w they still got me in and out in just a few hours. Thanks to this, I met a deadline that Signarama had no obligation to.
