He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date. I was so impressed with his initial work and the quote he gave, I took a leap of faith and decided to go with JJ Gutters Power Wash for my Roof and Gutter problem. Jose was the most transparent and honest person I have ever meet. I asked many questions along the way and did a lot of research which brought even more and more questions in regards to my roof. Every time, Jose listened to my suggestions and explained why something would or would not work. He worked with me every step of the way until I was comfortable with every detail. So being a surgeon, we are inherently picky given our profession. I got quotes from various gutter…read morecontractors. I found Jorge Lima. He was a God-send. Our high end contractor in Chestnut Hill hired a gutter installer that did a terrible job after talking with Jorge and never secured our expensive copper gutters to our home. Jorge took photos, explained the problems, replaced a section of our damaged gutter, and secured the ENTIRE house gutters for a fraction of the cost. He also ended up cleaning out the gutters and installed a gutter screen as well. I never take the time to write reviews given how busy I am, but when someone does a stupendous job, I have to take the time to do so. I will have them back for cleaning of the gutters would could not cover for logistical reasons. I enthusiastically endorse Lima Gutters!
