The recent wind caused one of our gutter down spouts to become unattached from the house. I called several companies on Yelp. Nir at Gutter Depot answered my questions and scheduled someone to come out in a few hours. My neighbor said he would fix it so I cancelled. When my neighbor came over, his ladder would not safely reach the work area so I called Nir back. He said he had cancelled his crew and that he could schedule me in the morning. After 15 min, he called back and said he had another crew that was relatively close and could stop by on the way back to the office. William and Rene showed up and had my down spout attached in 30 min. They were nice and very professional. The next day, it rained heavily and was I very happy that Nir took the time to fit me in. In addition, Nir also called to check on the work and to make sure I was satisfied. Nir, the owner is very knowledgeable and honest. If you are in the market for gutters, and even more importantly rain barrels, Gutter Depot is the only installer you need to hire. We were able to purchase 1700+ gallon capacity split into 4 tanks spread throughout our property. Each tank was installed where we desired, with cleanly routed piping. Installed over 2 days only because one of tanks had a slight scratch from the factory. Rather accept the tank, Nir waited for a perfect tank before accepting our balance. Nir and his workers Renee and Douglas explained each step of the installation patiently and in detail. We interviewed plenty if installers and all of them told us to go to Home Depot for rain barrels. Gutter Depot was the only installer with the expertise in installing large rain barrels. Nir and his crew just finished a second job for me, and there are many reasons I won't use anybody but Gutter Depot. The initial contact was great, and Nir showed up the next day to give me an estimate. When I asked about the possibility of changing a few things on the drawing that Nir included with the estimate, he came to the job site AGAIN!, and this was not a huge job. Everything was perfect and when it came time to tackle another job, of course I called Gutter Depot again.
