After installation, I found damage and deformation in parts of the gutter system. I also had an issue with downspout placement that led to damage and a safety concern requiring outside professionals to address. Two professionals indicated the issue appeared related to the gutter or downspout installation. I provided photos, documentation, and outside professional input, but the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. There is no reason for a homeowner to create a dispute like this without cause. In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.

We had some really strong winds this summer and the gutters weren't even 1 year old and they came back to fix them at no cost. I want to thank them for that but also for replacing a few splash blocks after they had broken. A trustworthy company and highly recommend. I have one honest critique to add and that is when looking for gutters locate a local company because location will make a huge difference on response times.
