I have a window washing company in Beverly Hills and for the past five years all the people who request Gutter jobs from us we can generally take care of, but that's just gutter cleaning when people ask for gutter, repair or more sophisticated projects I hand them off to Spencer and he gives me a small commission. he has done 16 jobs for me with no complaints. Five of these jobs were severe gutter repairs right before the storms. now normally no matter what you're gonna get one call back and say it's not completely fixed or there's a leak somewhere but in all five circumstances, not one single person called accept to take time out of their day and deliver accolades to Gutter minded and Spencer. I've worked with a lot of different people. These guys have a different kind of integrity and it's not the kind that you can pay for. It's like the way you can't pay for someone to take work seriously they have to want to and these guys want to they want to make you happy and that's what makes it uniquely frustrating when I read a two star review that ends with a recommendation, that's the most widely irresponsible review I've ever read from someone who never even used their service . Spencer just left and I couldn't wait to write this review!! I needed some gutters cleaned at two houses and requested a quote through Yelp. Spencer responded immediately with a quote that I thought was very reasonable. We set up an appointment for the next day. Spencer showed up early and got to work. As a bonus, he had his small pooch with him. His dog was extremely sweet and friendly and well-behaved. Spencer was very communicative throughout the whole process. I can't say enough about how friendly and courteous and likeable he is, and he did the work to perfection. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and intend to use Spencer to periodically maintain my gutters. Spencer also does all types of exterior house cleaning, such as window cleaning and power washing. I will most definitely be asking him to come back to do some more work on the exterior of my home. Spencer came and cleaned the wrong house which I found out because of the before and after photos I requested. It was partially my fault as I transposed 2 numbers in the address and gave 26652 but then he cleaned the gutters for 26548 ... which does not match the incorrect address either. He forced me to pay and threatened to put a lien on my home otherwise. He rescheduled me for another date and said he would compensate me 50% off the service for my home. He spent nearly 6 hours on the roof pressure washing 28 years of soot and dirt off the tiles, his prices were very reasonable.
