The next day, I followed up via text requesting the estimate and only received a emoji in response. After two more days with no estimate, I called and spoke with Mitch directly. Highly recommend! We were looking for gutters after the recent rain and noticed how water had gotten everywhere. We needed to install gutters before the next rainy day and so I looked on yelp and found SoCal Sheet metal. I made an appt and met with Mitch who was so kind, professional, and accommodating. We agreed on install date for the following week and I was able to pay the deposit over Zelle (balance can be paid over Zelle as well) so convenient! On the day of install Mitch sent me a text that they were on their way. I was confused a little on the color (totally my fault) because it appeared lighter than the sample but despite my panic Mitch was super nice and was willing to make the color change for us to ensure we were happy. In the end we went with what we originally selected and it was the perfect choice. His team worked efficiently and carefully especially bc they noticed my roof was brand new and they wanted to be considerate of cracking any tile. Was looking to get gutters installed and they were the first to respond. Mitch was able to come by to do an estimate the very next day after exchanging messages. The next day when he came by, we did a walk around the property where I first highlighted issues that I for sure wanted addressed. Mitch then pointed out things he noticed that ought to be addressed. After that he took another 20-30min doing a full walk around taking measurements and making a detailed assessment. Came back out and we discussed my options: style of gutters/downspouts, proposed number of downspouts and locations around the house, etc. Got an estimate later that day.
