It was clear the item was a couch that was specifically a sectional and had recliners. I was quoted a price between 109-129 and the following day "Friday" I booked an appointment for Saturday, time frame 8am-10am . I got an email confirming and text messages which was great. Saturday the day of the appt, no one showed. I waited til 1015am to call and inquire about my appt. This time Hill Will himself talked to me and said something about his tire and that there was another person ahead of me so he will call me when he's on his way. This was a huge inconvenience for me, because I had a full day schedule of things I needed to do. That's why I wanted an early time frame. At the same time the couch needed to be removed because our new couch was coming the next day. So unfortunately I had to wait. 11:00am Hill will calls and asks what my address is. I already gave them all that Info so now I'm annoyed. I tell them the info and wait some more. Around 11;20am Hill will and the crew show up. He apologized about being late, ok fine. I lead him to the couch that I want removed and he tells me this job will be more because of recliners. Now the price has went from between $109-$129 to now $259. I explained that I made it very clear with the receptionist what the couch had so this shouldn't be a surprise. I also explained that the receptionist told me cash payment is preferred because they charge 5% to run a card as payment. So I already went to the ATM and pulled out the original price quoted. At this point I'm very annoyed. Not only am I extremely behind on everything I needed to do that day as well as missed another appt due to this man being an hour late, but now I'm stuck with this couch I need removed by tomorrow to get my new couch because I'm not paying $259 for this fiasco. That amount of money was not my quote. As I was telling them my concerns, while frantically trying to get ready to leave, Hill Will settled on a payment of $159 in order to remove the couch, citing he was late and the receptionist quoted the wrong price. Thank God I had extra cash lying around in my purse in order to make up for the $30 difference. Was the job done...yes. will I call again if I need something removed...no.

Will and his crew were great with my junk removal. I called and the next day he stopped by to give…read moreme a quote, we relocated from the west coast and we were left with a bunch of junk to remove from the previous owners. Mr. Hill was very nice and friendly, the quote was priced very fair, the following day they came in on time as promised and about 1 1/2 later they had a 10x12 shed and a bunch of other junk loaded and out of my house. The entire crew was very friendly and respectful. Thank you to Mr. Hill and his crew for the great job!!!
