And was told that same day that I would get a refund. That did not happen. It has been over a week And I still haven't gotten my refunds. I was told as of today which is Friday, August 29. That they will finally get my refund which won't be in my account today. I do not appreciate the way that this company has done business. It is completely unprofessional on the way it was handled. Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau because of this interaction with this company. I am going on 3 days trying to get my tags and they are being very unprofessional. I have been talking with Karla over the phone on many occasions throughout the year and she has always taken care of everything. However, last weekend my wife bought a new car and needed insurance right away I called Karla, and she started helping me for a bit, then she stepped out for lunch and apologized for that, a minute later Shey, another agent from the office took over and of course, she went beyond my expectations. She was able to provide us with a new policy in a matter of a few minutes with a low monthly payment. She left us speechless including the dealership people, who were there during our transaction and were very surprised by Shey's prompt response, KUDOS to her. I highly recommend this particular office to insure your car because it's guaranteed that you will get the best deal.

My wife let the battery charge for 30 minutes and completed a few errands and our car started each time. I ran the battery charger all night but this morning the Honda didn't start. Called AAA and their phone system is fair since it took only 3 or minutes to assign battery service that doesn't allow for requesting a new battery. What's helpful is the tow company texted me their name, so I called and explained why I need a new battery. Aguirres towing in Apple Valley advised me the technician will call me in 30 or 40 minutes to let me know if they have my battery in stock, if not they get there shipment's tomorrow. This sounds reasonable.
