WORST SERVICE EVER,
WORST SERVICE EVER...
As a restaurant owner I understand what it takes to work in the restaurant business.
Where do I begin?
When my friend and I approached the 3 different hostess stands we were told there was a wait, ok no problem. But to get 3 different wait times is absurd especially since the hostesses were using Walkie talkies to communicate. So then we decided to go to the bar (we were stopped from entering ) which had a wait, never seen that ever. We were finally sat at the bar 15 minutes later.
Once at the bar we weren't greeted for 15 minutes.
There was 3 bartenders on service bar and 2 bartenders to the rest of the bar, and someone who appeared to a key holder because, he was the ONLY bartender to ring in orders.
We should have been greeted, NO EXCUSE!
We ordered our drinks and they took 20 minutes to make 2 drinks a Bloody Mary and a rum drink (honestly don't remember the name). I visited Guys back yard BBQ in Las Vegas and the Bloody Mary's were completely different in look and taste. Franchises should have the same product no matter where In the world, with in reason.
A gentleman sat down next to me he too wasn't greeted for 10 minutes and he order a coke a bottle of water and a wings appetizer, his beverages to 5 minutes and his wings took 1 hour.
After I didn't like my Bloody Mary and expressed my dissatisfaction I ordered a vodka coke & a mojito and a chicken Caesar salad. It must have been shift change time because the 3 service bartenders left and 1 came in and the 3 other bartenders left the bar. The Keyed employee was dealing with the credit card machine going down, which I understand, but knowing you took an order and haven't told any body to make said order and completely ignore the rest of the customers at the bar, unacceptable, 2 customers even left because they weren't getting service. One of the individuals even said repeatedly that he'd like a menu and he was ignored. (Keyed employees need to know how to delegate, this one had no idea).. after the credit cards were up and working again the the Keyed employee asked if we wanted to order anything. So I told him my order again and he say Oh Yea! I asked him about my Caesar salad and he said it would be out soon. I have no problem waiting for chicken to cook. So I expect a short wait for food. I waited close to 50 minutes for a Chicken Caesar salad, My chicken wasn't cold bc it sat on a counter and waited to be brought to me, it was cold because it was in the refrigerator... again not complaining about cold chicken, I'm complaining bc of the service..close to 50 minutes for all COLD INGREDIENTS.
I won't ever return to this location.. read more
