Flight delayed in Cancun airport so decided to grab some chicken and guacamole since my hotel failed on those two items. I definitely fulfilled my craving here. Table side guacamole was outstanding and the chicken was cooked to perfection with the two sauces on the side chef kiss. Service was great as it was busy it's a large open area to dine at. I sat at the high top tables in the corner which was perfect as I was dining by myself.
Ok so after a week of hanging in mexico we decided to grab some lunch before our long day of flying home. This thing is massive, had to take out the onion rings and it was still almost too big to take a bite out of. The seasoned waffle fries are pretty darn good.. Service was a bit slow for not being too full but our waitress was very nice and did stop by to check on us a few times.
The portions are great as well as presentation. Overall ambiance is casual and family friendly... as most restaurants are in an airport setting. The menu offered a good variety of American food and cater to all taste buds. I wish I got to try their cheesecake dessert but maybe next time. Our waiter was attentive and super nice!
Came here during lunch time at the airport and I had 45 mins before boarding. My waitress was aware and My food came out quickly, with in 10-12 minutes. Super happy I was accommodated with quick service. We got the BBQ Burger and it was enough for 2 people. Absolutely massive and messy to eat. My husband and I actually split the burger. And it was good though I wish it was a cleaner bite as we were at the airport I didn't want to smell like "burger" on the flight. We also got the Cobb salad. Honestly, it was not a good salad. There was no flavor, and it actually tasted a bit bitter. Would not order again. All in all, I'd come back to split a burger but I'd make sure I'd get a breath mint after.
Great service and food. Grabbed a couple of burgers and fries while we waited for our flight. The food came out quickly and was tasty. Nice ambiance and comfortable seats if you have time to kill.
I visited Cancun last month and the day we flew back we decided to grab something to eat at this spot, not only because of its popularity but also because it was packed and we figured that was a good sign. Top recommendation is the guacamole. They come prepared it at the table, you get to try it and decide if it needs something else (salt, spice, etc). It was delicious. For the burger we went with their award winning "Mac attack" or "Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese Burger" ... an over-the-top creation with a juicy beef patty, crispy bacon, creamy six-cheese mac 'n' cheese, fried onions, Donkey Sauce, and garlic butter on a brioche bun. Sadly, it was not expected. Lacked flavor and just now what we thought an award winning burger would be. If I were to return I'd order some wings and nachos and of course the guac.
Had lunch at this place at Cancun Terminal 3 while waiting for our boarding. The place was a bit busy at that time but we got seated right away. Our server took a while to come back to our table to get our order and did not came back to check on us after serving the meals. I had the Bacon Mac-N-Cheese Burger and it was so so good. Very flavorful and the beef patty was not dry. I also loved their seasoned fries. This place is a must visit if you're at T3.

Stopped in for breakfast before my flight out. The options are limited for breakfast so prep for that. We were promptly seated and waiter came right away. I ordered iced coffee which hit the spot! My plate of bacon (like one piece cut in half) 2 sausage, tater tots with peppers and onions, toast and scrambled eggs came out very quickly. Portion size for me(not a big eater) was decent and no complaints. It is airport priced (code for over priced). All in all it did what it was supposed to for an early flight out of Cancun
While the food could be hotter the food and service is usually aok for n airport. We like the chicken tenders and the burgers. I tried the soup this time and it was yummy too.
I am in fucking shock right now. My partner and I just had a fucking order of fries, one margarita, and one arnold palmer and the cost was $116 american dollars. Are you motherfuckers actually kidding me??????? The fucking fries were a conglomeration of different shapes: waffle, steak, regular and you had the audacity to charge $3 usd for a fucking bbq dipping sauce. Then on top of it all, the fucking waitress looks at you for a fucking tip after you've already been gouged. What an absolute joke! I will never in my life support a Guy business, product, or tv show again. The audacity to charge $100 for two drinks and an order of fries is completely beyond me. I feel so disrespected. In all of my 31 years, I have never paid so much for so little. Mark my words when I say never...ever ...a fucking gain. you thieving, conniving, price gouging bitches. FUCK you and fuck guy! I am going to tiktok and everyone I know.
Really good airport food! I had a cheeseburger. It was soooooo juicy and flavorful The fries were even better Strawberry margarita was refreshing! Alexia was a great waitress!
Good food, very large portions! The service was good considering the full house, all servers were attentive to their assigned tables. The atmosphere about the same as any other airport restaurant busy and hectic lol. But overall I was pleased. I find it a nice touch to have a smokers section on the patio for those individuals. Would definitely come back to visit Happy Yelping
Cancun airport is a madhouse at midday. We managed to get a seat at Guy Fieri's. I wasn't expecting much and the food was exactly what I expected. The trash can nacho was premade and was probably sitting in the sauce 10 minutes before it was brought to our table. The chips were soggy, the pulled pork has a chemical taste. This was probably the worst nacho I've ever had The ceviche was bland. It lacked lime and salt and needed some spice. The burger was their redemption. The onion ring was stale, but the burger was satisfying after a week of tacos. read more
Do not give Guy Fieri your money. What a scam. We are flying first class and wanted a quick snack before boarding our flight in an hour. We decided we both just wanted an order of French fries listed on the menu and with a price associated with the menu item The waitress told us we cannot do that. This section of the menu is only to add to items you order off of the menu. She kept pointing us to the $30 fries drenched in sauce and covered in additional items. We kindly said that's not what we wanted. She insisted we had to order something more expensive on the menu If it's not available don't put in on the menu with a price without calling out it can ONLY be ordered as an add on. I am from CA and have eaten at a few of Guys restaurants before but this level Of service is unacceptable. read more

The food is cool. We were waiting for our flight and we had some time so we decided to grab a bite from Guy Fieri restaurant. The service was OK. Our waitress barely waited on us and we had to constantly look for her if we needed something. Even when our food was brought out, she was nowhere around and we ended up getting another waitress to help us with getting a fork and a refill on our drink. The food is a lot it's unique but in a good way, but I will have to say that they are incredibly overpriced. read more
I might be a foodie, but I'll never be too good for a tourist trap. In the sea of tourist traps that is Cancun airport, I was excited to see this one because I love Guy Fieri of course. We had like two hours to kill and the restaurant was super fun inside. I didn't take as many photos as I thought I guess! Nice menus and fun drinks and included souvenir glass, a guac cart, random episodes of his shows playing everywhere, cute punny menu titles, it was cool and the food was actually good! (lol) my friend HAD to do the guac cart. It was cute and you could personalize it but I'm not really one to order guac anywhere, but it was good. I had to try this obscene burger on the menu and it sounds good after having less than great resort food all week. Bacon, Mac and cheese burger? Yes, please. It was as expected and huge and gooey and flavorful. The fries on the side were like a mixed bag of waffle, crinkle, sidewinders, wedges and all seasoned well. I saw a blu-sabi sauce (blue cheese wasabi) on the menu and I had to have it and it was great! I am going to make it at home. It worked so well together. If you're stuck in Cancun airport, this is a decent option, especially if you love food network. I don't gush over celebrities, I love food network and chefs. *price is in Mexican pesos and was about $25, airport prices suck but it wasn't insane. read more

This was our first time trying a Guy Fieri chain. The food smelled really great and each plate that came out the kitchen looked really appetizing. Luckily, the food was as good as it smelled. The ceviche was freshly made right in front of our table. The guy who made our ceviche even let us try it out before giving us the plate and moving on to next table. Because it was in the middle of the day the restaurant was very busy so at times it did feel like waiter didn't come to table as much as we expected for refills. Other than that it was a good place to eat for an airport. read more

I cannot believe that they sell burgers that look like this! We were in the cancun airport waiting to fly home and we usually order Johnny rocket burgers for lunch but we decided to give guy fieri's a try. Talk about dissapointed! How in the world do they justify serving food that looks like this?? This was supposed to be a double cheeseburger and as you can see, there was not even enough edible meat to make a half of a single burger. One of the patties was so burnt and smashed flat that it ended up being a charcoal sandwich. There were supposed to be two patties. It was supposed to be a double. But the other pattie wasn't even a whole patty. It was three different pieces of hamburger meat that didn't resemble a burger at all. One dried up piece of cheese on the top of the burnt to a crisp patty. So basically no cheese. I see why they pile on the mediocre toppings, to hide the fact that they aren't burgers at all! Guy Fieri should honestly be embarrassed, ashamed and appalled that his name is associated with this restaurant, I mean, it's his restaurant right? Promising great food and it couldn't have been any worse. Oh, wait. It does get worse. Guess how much our two burgers and fries cost?? Just Guess...$80 with a tip and they absolutely did not deserve any tip because the service was just as bad. The waiter basically shoved us to a table saying he would be right back to take our order and after 15 minutes he still wasn't there. We could have ordered from the kiosk and gotten our food faster (not that the food was worth waiting for at all) but we could have saved on the tip, which honestly doesn't even matter. Do not order from here! Anything would be better than this terrible awful burger, if that's what you want to call it. Fieri's great reputation, gone in a flash! read more
Dined here while waiting for my flight to depart. The prices weren't too bad. The food was ok - definitely satisfied my hunger. I ordered the Garlic Butta Wings and fries and ordered churros for dessert. The flavor of the wings was good and even though I asked for them to be cooked hard, they were still not hard enough for me. Regarding ambiance, the atmosphere is very lively and the music selection was mostly good. read more

Food is pretty disgusting, eggs with bbq sauce and cheese shoved into a blender then used as garniture for a burrito... choice is limited to 3 unhealthy meals which after a week in Cancun eating pretty well in the various restaurants was not how we wanted to end our trip... read more
So we arrived at the airport way before our flight based on shuttle. Discovered Guy Fieri's after asking an airport employee about any areas to smoke to avoid going back through security. They have an outdoor patio that is smoker friendly as long as you spend $10 which is easy to do when we wanted lunch anyway! Our server was so friendly and attentive for our small group. We sat outside and I had a chicken sandwich which was huge and my girlfropted for the soup. It was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing out of the crowds within airport. Tip: kids are not allowed in the outdoor area which ours were traveling separately so was not too troublesome read more

Love this place! Definitely did not feel like we were in an airport cool vibe, awesome music playing and...Awesome service! The food was excellent! Brisket sliders were amazing! Only thing I would recommend is make sure they're hot before serving them and the crispy onions? We're not crispy nor were they warm but the flavor was just awesome! Also the fresh made guacamole (the guy comes over with a cart) made to order! We also loved the large Bloody Mary in the souvenir glass mug! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more
First and foremost, you can count on this location at the Cancun airport to be packed. The staff does a great job trying to move people through. Very interesting that there is a patio for smoking off the back of the bar so the closer you sit to the bar the more you can smell the cigarette smoke. The ambience is fun so it invites you in with high expectations. The trash can nachos looked amazing (and yes, they dump them on your plate through a little tin trash can, very creative). A bit more digging in those nachos and they were slight on a key ingredient. Cheese. There is a little if you dig, but not much. Unfortunately underwhelming. read more

We actually came here with the hubby's parents after vacationing in Bacalar. We sat inside and had a quick lunch. The menu is standard for an airport type place. I've never found Guy Fieri's food particularly good or interesting, but it's okay when snacking while drinking. I got the cobb. It was actually a pretty good salad. Tho more topping than lettuce which I was missing. (I do love my lettuce!) The beer-rita was fun. I used to get these all the time at a bar back home. Their rita was a little weak, so I asked for an extra shot if patron to throw in. Service was fine. Nothing of note there. I didn't have any complaints. I kinda recall flagging people down for the bill, but if memory serves, it wasn't too hard. I miss that back patio, but I guess it's better for me. Tho that was really the only reason I came here. Big place located in CUN Terminal 3. The waitstaff is short and to the point which isn't always bad for an airport stop. The food was about average. The Garlic Butta wings (drummies only) were solid, but expected a bit more from the blue-sabi dressing which piqued my interest yet under-delivered. The chicken itself was nice and crispy and cooked well. As expected in an airport, the food was definitely overpriced, but you could also do much worse! read more

Hopped in for lunch. They have the best Cajun fettuccine Alfredo ever. I've had the luck of growing up in the same town as Guy Ferrari, Santa Rosa, California. So at our local town fair every year, he sold this amazing Cajun fettuccine Alfredo pasta with chicken. Every time I see this place I have to stop in and grab it. It has sun-dried tomatoes in it and the sauce is just creamy and perfect. The staff here is attentative, but not very friendly and my opinion. But it's what you expect. Good food that's all I ask for and they deliver. read more
