I was so excited to try this... food was overpriced, cold and my order was incorrect. SO disappointed. Just a huge waste of money... I really didn't have it to spend in the first place but I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. $70 for 4 items ...! Don't fall for the gimmick of the celebrity name like I did. We ordered at 5:10 and we were quoted 6:07. At 6:07 the time changed to 6:17. At 6:17 it changed to 6:27. I called them. They said they under estimated the number of people that would order. What?! That's my fault?! Or the other people for ordering?! Food finally arrived at 6:45. Part of the order was missing. What was there was made incorrectly and it was ice cold. I called back and after 30 mins on the phone, I was told that it wasn't their fault. They have no control over the delivery of incorrect food or food temp! I could either place the order again and it would be delivered sometime after 8 pm, or, Cindy from the corporate office actually said to me "what I would do is microwave the parts of the order you are willing to eat". If I could give a minus 5 review I would. Placed an order at 12:03 and was quoted 104 min delivery time. A long wait but we really wanted to try a Guy's place so we still ordered. At 2:35 almost 1 hour after I called them to see where our food was. Terrible customer service Guy. They called the Bertuccis where it was supposed to come from and they said the food was just prepared. Can I come pick it up???? 1. I call BS. That food was prepared 2 hours ago and sitting in a bag somewhere 2. Why would I want to pick this up when I specifically ordered delivery 3. Her resolution after an extra hour wait and offering me to pick up myself because they still didn't have a delivery time in sight was to refund my delivery fee and gratuity. What a joke!!!! 4. The food was delicious, though the fries that we ordered arrived cold. The delivery was by far the worst part of the experience. Not so much the people delivering but more so the time it took and being misquoted on the time. Food was still warm with the exception of the fries. Fix the delivery time and you guys will be set. Don't waste your time. Absolutely terrible! Ordered at 11:45am, told the deliver would arrive at 12:30. At 2:15 we still had not received the order so I cancelled it and ordered from somewhere else. Received an email from Flavortown confirming that my order had been cancelled. Two days later I look at my bank account and it has been charged over $100 from Flavortown. When I call the number to try to resolve this issue there is no way to speak to anyone, only leave a message. read more

Ordered the delivery at 10:30 for an 11:30 delivery today . Wanted to try it and help out the local restaurant too. Prices were expensive along with the 5.00 delivery fee and a 4.00 tip. So ordered online at 11:45 AM, got an email back at 11:52 AM that they had received my order and estimated delivery was 12:32PM. So 12:32 PM comes and goes and the delivery tracker continues to push right...finally it gets to a point where the tracker tells me they are a minute or two out from delivery around 2:30 PM...it continues to update and tell me that they are a minute out right up until 2:49PM and then they cancel my order at 2:50PM in the tracker...email comes as well with a number to call...3 hours later...no courtesy call to say "hey we're swamped, it's not gonna happen"...nothing...ouch... So I called and left a message, turns out the answering service is out of Orlando, FL...to their credit they did call me back in about 20 minutes to offer an apology...although grateful for the apology, what is more upsetting is there was no call by the management leadership in the restaurant to identify they were in over their heads or that there was an issue... Seems they have stopped taking orders while they get their act together...hopefully soon. We were really looking forward to it... Not a good look...first thing I've ever reviewed... read more

We were excited to try this pop up restaurant at our local Bertuccis. I can't say anything about the food because it never came. The website tracking never updated from order received for two hours. We called the contact number and reached a voicemail first. We finally got through and a rep told us the food had been picked up and would be delivered by 830. Still no good. Called back and rep told us they would refund our order and we should make other arrangements for dinner. Extremely disappointed. read more

Placed our order at 12pm for a 7pm delivery. Recieved a text at 650 pm that our Doorsah driver was at the resturant waiting for our food. I texted the driver back at 730 when we still didn't have our food and there was no update. Doordash driver said he spoke to the manager and they could not provide an update on our food. At 8pm, (1 hour after the set delivery time) I had to call the national # 3 times to talk with someone about cancelling my order. This business should properly prepare their sites for high demand of opening. Placed an order online and was given a reasonable wait time, 52 minutes. Delivery driver calls me and says order is not ready for pick up and it would be over 2 hours more before it would be ready. After jumping through hoops to find a phone number, I was finally able to cancel my order. read more
