I was super excited to try Guy Fieri's Flavortown Kitchen and was very pleased, overall! This is excellent comfort food if you're looking to get a burger and fries delivered. I ordered The Real Cheezy Burger and was a little disappointed that it wasn't cheesier, but it was still a good burger. The fries and cheesecake were very good, but the real highlight of the meal was the side of fried pickles and ranch. If any part of this meal was "straight out of Flavortown" it would be this ranch. It seemed like what made the ranch special was that it had taken on an awesome dill flavor. I only wished I had more to dip my fries in! We will definitely be ordering again. I need to tell you that the burgers were so well done we couldn't eat the but the poppers are delicious. This is my second time odering food from here as the first go round my order was given to the wrong delivery person and so instead of making the food again my order was cancelled. Because I'm a fan of Guy I really wanted to try the food so I ordered for a second time. So, once I got my food everything in the order was cold. The steak egg rolls were also soggy and the fries were so over fried that there were no potatoes in the middle. The pasta was not what I expected either. It was absolutely tasteless (bland). This was a big disappointment for me. Also, for the price of the food the portions are small but had it been tasty and at least warm I wouldn't mind the portion size. Ever have one of those days and you just want to indulge in some delicious comfort food. Who better than Guy Fieri. NOT!!!!! First bad sign was every thing was not lukewarm but ICE cold. Second I'm pretty sure the filling in my S-M-Cheesesteak Egg Rolls was some ones throw up from a previous order. It was the most disgusting soggy thing I ever bit into. You know that burning after taste in your throat after you throw up from what ever you ate... Well that's basically what I'm experiencing right at this very moment after eating this trash. Lets talk about the sauce it came with some half ass spicy ketchup and I think what was supposed to be a cheese sauce but this was more like cheese water..... Literal melted cheese mixed with water that by the time it got here the "cheese" part was hard and the water was just sloshing around the little cup. Got a Cuban and the Mac and cheese because I could not decide. Sandwich was excellent. All the food was hot when received. But they forgot the cheese. I got a bowl of noodles with bread crumbs on top. Dug down to the bottom of the dish. No signs or taste of cheese at all. Not what I was expecting. read more

Always been a fan of Guy from TV so we where excited to try when we heard he opened a place near us. Very disappointed. The order arrived 40 minutes late, every thing was between luke warm and cold. I understand they just opened so deliveries may be running behind so that may explain that, but for a place named flavortown everything was very bland. I had the chicken sandwich i tasted no seasoning, the only sauce on it seemed like plain mayo, and the chicken was very thin and in areas just burnt breading. The best part was the pickles. It wasn't even as good as Wendys but more then double the price. We also got the steak egg rolls which where soggy (probably same reason every thing was cold), and had almost no flavor. And very overpriced, considering they where the same size as normal eggrolls and only 3 of them. Our daughter had the mac and cheese which she said was good, though also cold. The fact that we are asked to tip the driver, as well as pay a delivery fee, and no option for pick up doesn't help. I don't mind paying more for good food, but to charge this much yet have quality worse then most fast food is very disappointing. read more

We were very excited to try this. We ordered the flavortown fries, Buffalo wings, cheeseburger, and the egg rolls. The whole order cost $60. Twenty minutes after we ordered, this was out for delivery. We live 6-7 minutes away, and the food arrived on time, ICE cold. We heated everything up, and the first thing we tried were the egg rolls. It was extremely greasy, and they do not taste good. Another review described this as the taste in the back of your throat after you vomit, and I am sorry, but that is the most accurate way to describe the flavor. We threw them out after each having a bite. The fries were bland. The burger was good, but for $12, and no side, save your money and go to McDonalds. The wings were soggy, but to be fair, after reheating wings, they are never the same texture as when you recieve them, but because they were ice cold, we won't truly know if they were good or not.. I had high hopes, because the menu sounded interesting, and because I figured if Guy Fieri attached his name to it, it had to be good. The delivery service was great, but that the only thing that was. The burger and chicken sandwich were okay, but not special. The buffalo wings were bland and the chips that accompanied the quest dip were uneven- some so greasy that the grease spurted when bitten. I wish I had read the reviews before trying it. I've honestly never had a worse experience from food delivery. I paid $50 dollars for two burgers and fries and it still was genuinely worse quality than McDonald's. Firstly the food was ice cold. The doordasher made a bee line to my house and I don't live far so while transportation could have played a part in that it DEFINITELY could not have gotten that cold that quick. Secondly, I ordered the bacon Mac and cheese cheeseburger and what I got was just a cheeseburger. They couldn't even get the order correct. The fries were completely unsalted to boot. I feel as if I paid $25 per meal just for the flashy Guy Fieri packaging and that's it. I cannot stress this enough; save your money and EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Ordered the chicken sandwich and some fries. It took over an hour and a half to get delivered. I'm sure if it was hot it would have been good, but the fries were just soggy and cold. The sandwich was also stone cold. I know they are just opening and might be backed up, but the order tracker showed it was ready to be picked up about 20 mins after order. The other hour was just waiting for a delivery service to pick it up. Having to pay a $5 delivery fee, on top of high prices for pub food, only to have it sit there for an hour waiting on a delivery service is just not the way to do business. I would recommend firing the delivery service (postmates.com?) and hiring some dedicated drivers. Or at least offer pickup. read more
