I did think it was important to let the community know my dealings with Harvest2home. I have been charged approximately $200 for deliveries that did not take place. I have made numerous attempts to get refunded and the emails go unanswered or I receive an email stating the issue is being worked on. At long last I was told the funds were in the companies "digital wallet". That means the money was not refunded, but I can use the funds to buy more meals from them. To top it off, $20 was put in the wallet instead of the $77 that was owed at that time. When I requested all the refunded money owed be returned to my card, the response was repeatedly, we are working on it. Over a month, and still no refund. Once I requested the funds be placed back on my card, the company requested to pick up 3 delivery bags that were left at my home during delivery. I have only one bag. So the clincher is that they are going to take the cost of the 3 bags off my refund, even though I only possess one of them. I guess that's one way to get the cost of the refund down. Buyer beware.
