How it takes 40-60 minutes to fry up some wings, put them in boxes, and hand them off baffles me. I stood waiting for almost ten minutes to put in my order with only four or five other patrons in the store waiting on orders. The employees seem to be having a good time and sometimes three of the five or six they have on staff are actually filling orders. The wings are good. Just be fully aware you will probably get annoyed if you've ever worked in food service and walk through the doors.

The rice filling was unlike any rice dish I've had (which is a good thing). Hummus was fantastic, too. I tried the garlic fries and cod which were great. Everything was fresh and cooked with care. We got a couple of desserts on the house, an incredible burrak, OMG! I'm not a desert person but wow. The other was a rice pudding dish they cook for 3 hours. I highly recommend Nova Fusion! Items that were described on the advertised menu were not present. When I inquired the responses varied from 'oh we ran out of that already.' To 'oh the cook didn't make it to our satisfaction so we didn't use that dish.' Mind you all this is was 20 minutes into the buffet starting. With no substitute for the missing dish. The food that was there was nothing to write home about in terms of flavor. Also there is no dessert included in the $35/pp buffet. All in all I was really turned off from the disingenuousness and frankly sub par food.

I also asked for a side of 1000island dressing. My husband mainly came to taste what they have been brewing; He started with Sunny Vibes (seltzer) and rated it a 7 out of 10. He followed up with Kiwi Punch Hazy IPA, he rated it a 6.5. Lastly, finished off with Udderly Nutz Peanut Butter Milk Stout, he surprisingly rated it a 7 out of 10.
