On 1/4/2021, I got an estimate with a required deposit, which I paid on 1/5/2021. I was told work would likely begin the following week (week of 1/11/2020). I wrote and left voicemails to follow up on 1/13/2021 and 1/18/2021. I was able to speak with someone on the phone on 1/19/2021 and they said the work would begin the following week (week of 1/25/2021). From that point on, I have written again and left several more voicemails to no reply. As of 2/12/2021I asked to have my deposit refunded but have had no response.
