I bought 6x24inch porcelain planks and the bathroom looks updated and awesome. He prepped the old floor making sure there would be no future leaks and took care of quirky imperfections that you'd never imagine were there. It took a couple of days to finish the project and I was amazed at how clean Kevin was. He made sure there was no mess and he swept the floor and stairs and made sure he left my place as clean as he could get it. One of my fears of hiring a contractor was the trepidation of what I'd have to clean up or fix after they left. The guy was super professional, and knowledgeable. I ended buying their very expensive "maintenance" liquid mix and it works great. The whole thing came to $700 which was shocking to me. I knew my ins co would pay for it as it was related to the fire incident and not having had water running through the pipes for a long time. If I had been responsible for the invoice, I would've freaked out. That's why I knocked off a star. So yes, they are good, reliable and guarantee their work (the guy came back a week later to fix it again at no charge - not his fault, it was bound to happen due to the severe clogging) BUT they are super expensive. Before asking them to fix your problem, ask for an estimate.

No repairs, no parts, no camera, nothing--just a basic unclog. When we asked for an itemized bill, they told us they "couldn't do that because big companies like them don't give itemized invoices." That is absolutely unacceptable. Any reputable company can break down charges, and refusing to do so feels intentionally misleading. The technician was fine, but the company's pricing and transparency practices are not. We won't be calling them again, and I highly recommend going with a local plumber instead.
